Nikki stood on the dusty surface of Ryloth, the harsh sun casting long shadows over the rocky terrain. The arid landscape stretched out before her, dotted with the remnants of battles past and the persistent presence of Separatist forces. Rex stepped up to her with his helmet at his side,
"General Sora,"
Nikki glanced at him and nodded,
"What is it, Rex?"
"We've scouted the area, General. The droid presence is heavier than we anticipated, but nothing we can't handle."
Nikki smirked,
"Alright. Good. We'll split into three groups. Rex, take Jesse, Kix, and Hardcase and move through the northern pass. Mixer, you take Dash, Boomer, and Redeye through the southern ridge. The rest of you are with me. We'll approach from the east and meet in the center."
They all nodded. As the squads moved out, Nikki felt the familiar hum of anticipation and the Force flowing through her. She led her group carefully through the jagged rocks, keeping her senses attuned to any signs of danger. The sound of clanking droid footsteps and the occasional blaster fire echoed in the distance, a constant reminder of the war that never seemed to end. She glanced around and held her lightsaber hilts in her hands,
"Stay sharp. We need to take the droid patrols out quietly."
Nax scanned the area with his macrobinoculars,
"I've got eyes on a droid patrol, General. About fifty meters ahead, by those boulders."
Nikki nodded, signaling for her troops to take cover. She reached out with the Force, feeling the presence of the droids ahead,
"Nax, Hez, take them out silently. We can't afford to alert the main force."
The two clones moved swiftly, their blasters set to stun as they approached the unsuspecting droids. Within moments, the patrol was neutralized, and the group continued their advance. Nikki smiled at them,
"Good work, let's keep going,"
As they approached the central area where the three groups were to converge, Nikki activated her commlink,
"Rex, Mixer, report in."
Rex's voice crackled through the commlink,
"We're in position, General. No sign of heavy resistance so far."
Mixer's voice followed,
"Same here. We're ready to move on your command."
"Alright. On my mark, we hit them from all sides. Be ready for anything. May the Force be with us."
She got in her stance, Djem So, and smirked,
"ATTACK!"
Blasters fired as the three groups converged on the droid encampment. The surprise attack caught the droids off guard, and chaos erupted as the clones and Nikki ignited her purple lightsabers and jumped down to start attacking alongside her troops.
Nikki moved with grace and precision, her lightsabers blurs of purple as she deflected blaster bolts and cut down droids,
"Push forward! We can't let them regroup!"
Denal and Hardcase took the lead, their blasters laying down covering fire as the rest of the squad advanced. Rex and his group joined the fray from the north, their coordinated attack adding to the pressure on the droid forces. Mixer and his team emerged from the southern ridge, completing the encirclement.
