Sunny whimpered as she took a small step back. I rubbed her neck soothingly.

All the other dinosaurs at the watering hole ran off into the forest. They were scared.

"Where are they going?" Brooklynn asked.

"They're afraid," Ben replied.

I hopped off Sunny and grabbed Darius, keeping him from running out. "We have to help her!"

"There's nothing we can do," I told him.

I then dragged him back towards the others. Sunny nuzzled my back with her snout.

"Guys, split up!" I commanded. "Meet up at the airlock."

Yaz, Ben, and Sammy went on Bumby; Brooklynn and Kenji went on foot; Darius and J went on Sunny.

Darius and I rode off towards the airlock, avoiding henchmen and dinos.

We met up with the others at the airlock that Toro broke down.

"What do we do now?" Sammy asked.

"If he's willing to kill Big Eatie, what else will Kon do to get that password?" Yaz questioned. "Maybe he'll even go after one of us."

"That won't happen," I said.

"So, what? We stay here and face imminent death?" Ben asked.

"We could leave the island," Brooklynn suggested.

We all shared looks. We've tried so hard, and come so far. Does it even matter now?

Darius sighed. "Brooklynn's right, we leave the island."

Everyone stared at him in shock.

"Really? After everything we've been through? We're just throwin' in the towel and leaving the dinosaurs to fend for themselves?" Sammy asked.

I rubbed Sunny's neck. The thought of her being another one of Kon's mind controlled minions made me sick.

"Look, I don't like it as much as you guys do, but, we need to do this in order to survive," Darius replied.

"We've done this before and survived," I pointed out. "The only difference is there's a few more scary bad guys with guns."

"And they can also put control chips in dinosaurs," Darius added. "And who's to say he won't try it on humans."

My eyes widened at the thought. It was a scary thought. I then shook that thought away.

"Listen, Kon wants a war, and we're going to give him one. And we're not backing down," I said. "Let's finish what we started."

Everyone looked at me.

"What was I thinking earlier," Darius mumbled with a smile. "Chris has a point. And I think I have a plan."

I steered Sunny through the forest until I spotted the guy controlling Limbo. We took Limbo out once, we can do it again.

Sunny charged at Limbo and grabbed her neck. She then twisted and threw Limbo into a tree.

It didn't long for the guy to realize what was happening and quickly tapped the controls. Before he could do anything, my arrow sunk through the control and into his chest. He collapsed.

Limbo shook her head and turned to us. She then ran somewhere into the forest.

I steered Sunny towards the compound. We broke through the bushes and I slowed her down to a walk. I looked scanned the surrounding forest.
