Mariposa Samara
God. This is so embarrassing.
Why do I keep embarrassing myself in front of them!I keep my face hidden in Ian's neck as he goes down the stairs.
The aroma of something delicious fills my nose and has my mouth watering. I'm starving.
Just on cue my stomach rumbles again and I groan internally.
Ian's body shakes underneath me and I smack his arm. "Stop laughing at me." I murmur into his shirt.
Because hey, you don't laugh at a hungry woman.
I feel myself being moved and all of a sudden I'm sitting on one of the stools around the kitchen island, a plate of food placed in front of me.
"Eat." Dominic orders as he pecks my lips.
Asher is next to attack my lips, followed by Cale and Cole.
I look at my lap, embarrassed. They are moving fast. Too fast.
"Aww, Malyshka. Don't be shy." Cale cooes at me as he hugs me before kissing me again.
"You should not be moving. Sit down." I try to divert the topic from me to him. I don't like being the center of attention. And I don't need to get any redder.
"I'm find, Malyshka. It's not even hurting." He grins at me as he pulls the stool next to me and sitting on it.
My stomach growls again, and I ignore their chuckles as I dig in.
The stool on my other side gets pulled out and Dominic sits on it.
Everyone else sits around the island and Oliver hands them their plates.
"How are you feeling now, Darling?" Dominic's whisper is laced with worry.
I turn to look at him and almost pump his head. Shit, that was a close call.
I put a couple of inches between us so I can look into his beautiful green eyes. They look like jewels, shining in the light. They are also shining with worry.
I lean forward and kiss his cheek before saying, "I feel good, thanks to you. All of you."
He smiles warmly at me before kissing my forehead.
Just as I turn to continue eating, the door bell rings followed by the opening of the front door.
Running can be heard in the hallway as a voice yells, "no running!"
Then the cutest little boy comes into view, still running.
He stops abruptly at the entrance of the kitchen, hesitation and fear downing on his face as he scans the room. Of course he will be scared with all the unknown giants in the room.
The second his eyes land on me, he beelines to me, his eyes bright again and in a cheery voice calls "Sasa!!!"
I leap from the stool so I can catch the little excited boy. "Jojo!!" I call back to him, just as excited as he is.
I kneel on the floor and open my arms wide and the 3-years-old boy collides into my chest, wrapping his small arms around me and resting his head on my chest.
I wrap my arms around him tightly as I start peppering his face with kisses, causing cute little giggles to erupt from him.
"Johan! You can't do that! You will hurt her." Another voice scolds my little boy and he pouts before pulling away, his little hands clutching my shirt.
"I huwt Sasa?" He asks adorably in his baby voice.
God, I missed him so much. It's been a week since I had properly seen him, but it feels like forever.
