This was one of the reasons I wrote "One Too Many." I have always wanted to read an RH book about a sick FMC where the MMCS would move heaven and earth to protect, love and take care of but I never found the book so I decided to write one. It may not have been perfect for everyone but it was perfect for me on one way or another.
