Chapter 4, the butterfly mansion

You where panting as you ran through the outskirts of the town sanemi lived next too. He was still passed out and on your back, you can carry him easily but you weren't exactly prepared to be carrying a 75kg man while sprinting on this fine morning.

Many thoughts raced through your mind as you continued running to the butterfly mansion, your legs wanted to give out after an hour of the torture you where going through but he was far too important to just leave in the middle of a field.

Eventually, when you where nearing the estate, sanemi began to stir. His eyelids flickered open as he was met with the sweet scent that radiates from your (colour) hair, and the sound of your quiet breaths.

His face flushed, but he wasn't sure what to say, so he closed his eyes once more, unsure of why his heartbeat was so rapid in that moment, or why the soft smell of flower petals that radiated off of you was so intoxicating to him.

You stop out front of the butterfly mansions gates. You were panting heavily though you stood as tall as you could as you entered the residence. Sanemi had drifted into a light sleep once more, whatever had happened to him had him fatigued.

"Kocho-sama!! I need your help!!"

You shouted out as you slipped off your slippers in the estates genkan before dashing through the halls of the mansion, quite visibly distressed.

Eventually, after a lot of calming down from shinobu and a very hard thinking session later, shinazugawas eyelids flickered open again. Although this time instead of being met with (y/n)-sans hair, he was met with a quiet butterfly mansion recovery room, midday sun rays spilling in from the windows as scents of growing flowers wafted into the room.

His head tilted as he noticed you sitting next to his bed in a chair, seemingly asleep, your chin resting on your chest as the soft lull of your quiet exhales through your nose filled the room with a comfortable silence.

He stared at you for a moment, dumbfounded on why the heck he is in kochos estate and why you're with him. Many thoughts race through his mind as he racks his brain to remember but just settles on asking you.

".. (y/n)-san? Are you awake?"

He called out, his voice slightly husky, his body still adjusting as he sat up in the hospital bed fully.

You stirred slightly before rubbing your eyes and lifting your head, meeting his gaze.

"Oh! Shinazugawa-san! You're awake! I'm sorry I dozed off, can you remember earlier this morning? It's okay if you can't, Kocho-sama said she would be with you shortly."

You replied calmly, a small yet polite smile on your face as you spoke. You watched him as he nodded in response to your words, small and short tufts of white hair shuffling as he moved his head.

"Ah, Shinazugawa. You're awake."

You both turned your heads to see Shinobu standing in the now open doorway.

Yay! Chapter 4!! Also, forgive me for uploading this later than usual!! I began typing this in the morning but then my school classes started and I didn't have the chance to edit it directly after I got home (T-T)

Also, I'm recently getting back into my mha phase (save me).. and I'm very ubhappy! I see almost no shoji edits and it's annoying me cos I love him!! Wahhh (っ- ‸ - ς)
