John B's POV...

"She's gonna be okay," Sarah tells me as she rubs my back, "JJ'll find her then both of them will find us."

Me, Sarah, Pope, and Kiara are all sitting under a tree. It's been about thirty minutes since JJ left all of us.

"I know," I tell Sarah.

Ding... Ding, Ding... Ding...

Oh my god...

It's my dad... it has to be him...

I jump to my feet, "everybody shut up."

I start walking towards the sound of the bells.

I hear everyone behind me, shouting at me and asking me where I am going.

"I need to find out where the bells are coming from!" I shout to them, not bothering to turn around.

"Why?" Sarah asks me.

"Emery will be there!" I tell them as my fast walking turns to a run.

I keep running for a second until I have arms on mine, stopping me from moving.

I turn around and see Pope holding me.

"You seriously need to explain what is going on," he tells me.

I sigh as Sarah and Kie get to us. All three of them stare at me, waiting for me to tell them.

"The bells are the same pattern that our dad would use to call us inside. If Emery hears them then we will find her there!"

They all look at me with confusion and Sarah speaks up, "do you think your dad will be there too?"

I nod, "can we please get going?"

They all look at each other then back at me and they nod so I set off in a sprint towards the sound of the bells.

Emery's POV...

"This is where they are coming from!" I tell JJ as we make it up a tall hill that has a church at the top.
I stop when we get to it and I stare up at it for a minute.

"Are we gonna go in?" JJ asks me in a whisper.

"I don't want to do it without John B."

He nods, "okay-"

"Emery! JJ!"

I turn around to see John B, Sarah, Pope, and Kiara all running towards us.

I gasp and run towards them. I hug Sarah and Kiara as I speak, "I'm sorry for not going with you guys! I had to make sure Jimmy wasn't gonna drown."

They both tell me its okay then I hug Pope. When we pull away, he looks at my wrist, "what happened?"

I explain to him that I hit it on the plane, then I see John B standing a little bit away from them.

I walk over to him and hug him then when we pull away I speak, "do you think he's in there?"

He shrugs, "we'll never know if we don't go see."

I sigh and turn around. I stare at the church for a second until Pope speaks up.

"Do you guys want us to go with you?"

I see everyone looking at me then I look at John B.

He speaks as he starts turning to look at them, "I think we should do this alone."

They all say okay then we head into the church.

We walk around it for a second until we find a staircase. Right as we get to it, I hear the bells start ringing again.
