Chapter 8

Amaara's heart beat quickened with every passing second, as guilt consumed her. Those blames of murder, psychotic behaviors and madness of Elenora just flashed infront of her. It wasn't madness, it was pain. So much pain, unbearable, and unexpected.

She glanced at Hana who was silently looking at her as Amaara played with her fingers, deeply lost in her own endless galaxy of gut wrenching memories. How beautiful is the past, if it has the person you love? Indescribable.

"Ma'am." Hana called out Amaara. "Hm?" She raised her eyebrows still not looking up while sitting on the soft velvet covered chair in her bedroom. "Did you find anything about Elenora?" She asked. Amaara shook her head, "My head is spinning, I just don't understand, maybe she lost so much mental stability that she drugged the doctors or something-"

Hana sighed. "It is not possible ma'am please have patience, and after Tom takes cares of the men and mafia business completely, you can leave for Korea again." Amaara glanced at Hana and nodded slowly. "Hm."

Josh shook hands with a young man standing infront him, Heesung.

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Josh." He started off with a warm smile. "Can't say how I feel yet." Josh gave him a cold smile in return. His aura absolutely screamed that he worked for Taehyung.

"Actually I called you here to show and offer you a new deal of the new drugs that we've worked on, although they're medicinal but I want them to be illegally taken to Spain by Mr. Kim's shipment, I will pay heavily for it as my clients are offering plenty." He explained the deal to Josh.

"The deal seems good enough, I will ask Mr. Kim to set up a meeting then. Who's your boss, who's handling the deal?" Josh asked while raising his eyebrows.
"Mr. Franz Trezeguet." He spoke. Josh frowned, "Alessia Trezeguet's brother?"
Heesung nodded, "I am sure things were settled between Miss Alessia and Mr. Kim, and he won't mind a pure business dealing, even if he's married now." Josh clicked his tongue in his mouth, processing for a while until he stood up from the seat.

"I'll inform you about the meeting schedule after Mr. Kim confirms." Josh nodded with a blank face. "Looking forward to a positive response." Heesung said.

2 people were silently eating dinner on the table, only forks and knives sound of touching the plates with clinks could be heard in the huge dining area. "Where's Franz?" Mr. Trezeguet asked his daughter, Alessia. "Must be busy in a meeting." She replied shortly. "He had no schedule for today, he sent Heesung for collaboration with Mr. Kim." Mr. Trezeguet scoffed.

Alessia's throat dried as she heard his name. "Kim Taehyung?" She asked. "Yes." He replied. Her relationship with Taehyung had been private from her father but her brother, Franz knew about it, she had lived in his house for a short amount of time but met him a lot on different occasions.

Franz entered the dining room as he threw his coat on of the chairs and sat messily on another one, infront of Alessia. "Good evening, dad." He said in his usual annoyed tone. Mr. Trezeguet nodded, "Where were you busy twerking?" He rolled his eyes. "Dad- just went to check out a new area near our lands. In addition to that, I am thinking that our mall needs renovation and a few rounds." He spoke. Mr. Trezeguet nodded, "Go visit it soon." "Yes dad I will." He replied shortly.

Elenora looked at the new game she had downloaded on Taehyung's laptop while he was busy outside. One of his laptops always used to be in the bedroom which he rarely used. Elenora narrowed her eyes as she ate her popcorns fully immersed in the game.

In a split second, Taehyung opened the bedroom door as she flinched and dropped the laptop with a thud. She gulped as her face went pale, as she stared at him silently.
