The Devil Within (S1)

Chapter 9

Franz was talking to someone on the call as Alessia overheard the conversation. "I want to kill Kim and take over his empire, and most importantly, his lady."

She gasped as she held her mouth tightly. Taehyung had married? The shock was too much for her as Taehyung didn't hold a grand wedding and he had a supreme position in the underworld. Franz had been hungry for power but his father never supported him in mafia stuff much, he wanted Franz to focus on business.

Franz had laid his eyes on Elenora already and he already was burning in revenge due to which he had sent Heesung, who promised to support Franz in his plans. "Kim's weakness is his wife. Get her." Alessia gulped as her throat went dry and it felt as if thorns pricked it as tears welled up in her eyes.

The hallways dark and this underground basement was more like a maze, a huge maze where one could easily get lost.

Josh took quick steps towards one of the rooms which was open. The maze like passage was basically an underground basement and torture area which Taehyung had built for his own reasons. He was mysterious, so much that no one could ever know him. This basement was initiated from a little cupboard in his garage which no one noticed but it held the deepest secrets.

He dialed a number and informed Taehyung about the firing at the warehouse. Taehyung glanced once at Elenora who was deep asleep and his veins visibly popped out in anger.

He got up and took calculative steps towards the basement. He easily stepped through the dark hallway as if the way had been printed in his mind. He looked at the two men whose hands were tied with a rope up the ceiling as their bodies hanged on it. The area was suffocating and had smell of blood and flesh, as if it was a death cave.

The rocks fitted in it as walls instead of bricks gave it a more creepy vibe. Taehyung looked at Josh who gulped. "Didn't I tell to strengthen the security?" He raised his eyebrows. He was angry. Josh knew it will turn out to be another nightmare. "Y-yes sir I did but- Only 3 men were killed from our side and we caught these men- they are not ready to reveal who sent them." His hands shivered because he could withstand any torture but Taehyung's.

Taehyung scoffed. "Will you tell?" Taehyung looked at the men and they shook their heads. "Tsk- They won't Josh." He started laughing darkly as it echoed within the entire place as Josh's blood ran cold. He knew what awaited them. "I don't have time." Taehyung glared at the men darkly. "I have to spend my time with my doll." He smirked cruelly at them. He was ruthless, merciless, known that he never spared his victims.

Taehyung scoffed, "I wish I could rip open your chests with my bare hands." He looked at them as the men shook their heads in fear but couldn't speak due to the duct tapes on their mouth. Taehyung signalled Josh to take off the tape.

"S-sir- please spare us- we can't tell or he'll kill us." The man spoke while trembling, his body still hanging. "I will kill you in a much better way." Taehyung smirked. He slowly went to his weapon area and picked up an axe. "As I already said, I don't have time." He flew the axe until both their heads were blown off in one shot. He was unbelievably powerful.

Josh stood their without flinching, this was one of the easiest deaths Taehyung gave someone. "Look up the cameras. I didn't want my hands covered in blood, my doll doesn't like it." Josh nodded silently.

Taehyung coldly left from there as Josh breathed out. "Woah-"

Jungkook clicked his tongue in his mouth. He smiled looking at his daughter who was playing with her toys.
His son who was sleeping peacefully, and his wife who was busy in setting up the closet.
