Entering the tavern I order a large mug of alcohol as the whispering came back but push it back as a few of the newcomer spot my cool looking blue and black gauntlet.

Guy: "Hey nice gauntlet. What did it cost?"

"Oh uh. My sanity a little. It's got hellflames..."

Guy: "Cool cool. How much for it?"

"Sorry it's not for sale..."

The gauntlet shook as I grab it to hold it steady and prevent it from lashing out at them.

Guy: "Cmon. What's your price? Eighty gold? One hundred?"

"I said it's not for sale...trust me kid you don't want this thing."

Guy: "Well I better hope you can handle what comes next..."

He and his goons leave the tavern making everyone relax as the bartender came over and gave me a plate of food on the house.

Bartender: "Final meal. Sooo what's the deal with the gauntlet?"

"It's evil..."

Bartender: "That's hard to believe...cursed weapons are all extinct."

"This wasn't just a regular gauntlet...will you please shut up..."

Bartender: "Huh?"

"N-Not you...the gauntlet...talks to me..."

I ate my food in silence as the whispers were persistent in trying to convince me to kill everyone in the tavern and the small town.

"Room?"

Bartender: "S-Sorry but we can't accept outlanders...plus they might come back..."

"I...understand...good night..."

I left the tavern and walk down the path as giggling could be heard from the gauntlet.

??: "My my~ who knew your life would be reduced to being a personal servant for the majestic demon queen~"

"Majestic my ass. I'm stuck here with you when I could've been sent back home with my friends!"

Walking out of the area I hear footsteps and see the guy with his goons all brandishing weapons ranging from knives, swords, crossbows, and even some mages.

Guy: "How about this dude. You seem like a cool person so if you just discard the gauntlet then you can go with everything...if not well...I hate washing blood out of the gauntlet..."

"Trust me kid...this thing isn't worth even copper..."

Guy: "Well at least you'll know when you get to hell tell them that Guy Thief sent you there."

"Your name is Guy?"

Guy: "Yeah? You heard of me?"

"No but you sound ridiculous."

He got fed up and ordered everyone to attack me as I shrug and block an attack from a girl wielding a sword and rip it out of her hand and punching her straight in her stomach sending her reeling on the floor in pain.

??: "Behind you~"

"Shut it..."

I grab the male by his neck and see he tried to attack me with a dagger. I gave him a look as he shrugged at me and I just threw him towards the fruit cart. An arrow hit my back as it bounced off as the girl hastily and clumsily slotted a new bolt in and fired but all
I did was side step grab it.
