*coughs*, *coughs*. She gulped in air and realized she was in a river. She swam to the shore and started calling out Mike's name but was only greeted with the eerie silence.
"Oh no, what do I do now?", she says, her voice breaking. She couldn't hold back anymore and started crying, her body shaking violently with tears. As she wept, the forest around her seemed to grow darker, the trees twisting into menacing shadows.
Suddenly, a faint humming noise began to vibrate through the air, like the quiet buzzing of a harp string. The sound grew louder, and Eira felt an otherworldly energy emanating from it. A figure materialized before her, shrouded in mist.
As the humming ceased, the figure stepped forward, revealing a woman with long, flowing hair and eyes that burned like stars. "Eira, daughter of the elements", the woman spoke in a voice like a gentle breeze, "your tears have summoned me. I'm the guardian of this realm and you, child, is a key part of an ancient prophecy".
Eira's sobs subsided, replaced by a mix of wonder and trepidation. "P-prophecy?" She stuttered. The woman nodded, her eyes gleaming with an ethereal light.
"Yes, Eira. Your destiny is intertwined with the balance of the elements. Will you embrace your power and save this realm, or will you succumb to the darkness that threatens to consume it?" Eira's heart reached as she faced the mysterious woman, her future hanging in the balance. She could not believe what this strange beautiful woman was saying.
She, Eira, was part of some prophecy!!! How? Why? When? Those were the questions she was asking herself. She felt like crying once again because she could not believe how fast her life is changing. She was just a normal school girl happy with her mom, dad, neighbors and Mike, her best friend. Oh Mike, how she wished he was here to help her.
But she knew she had to be strong, so with determination, she rose from the ground and faced the mysterious woman.
