RUINED

At first you were the only thing

On my mind.

I felt the uncontrollable urge

To never take my eyes off you.

I tried to restrain myself

To stop feeling those things for you.

But when I realized

It was too late.

I was ruined.

Ruined by your love.

Loving you is forbidden.

Yet I am ready to commit this sin

Again and again.

Back then, nobody warned me

To not plunge into the fire

Known as Love.

To not drown myself

Into the unfathomable

and inescapable sea

Called Love.

To not caress

the petals of the flower

Of Love.

But I did it

And ruined myself.

Got scorched in the fire.

Drenched myself to the skin.

Bleed because of the thorns of Love.

But the fact,

That even if at first

It was out of my control.

Now I'd love to do it

Knowingly and in my full senses.

I'd love to get ruined

By your Love.

I'd love to let you

Be the only person in my heart.

Even if you break it

Into a million pieces,

For the millionth time

And still love you

With all those broken little pieces,

Just to get ruined again.
