Is she fine?

Hope's pov
I was just playing piano when suddenly I hear my dad shouting. I stop playing. I look at my siblings and ask them to go up to the play room first.

I head to the office and when mom sees me she stops talking. Dad then looks at me. "Dad? Why are you shouting? Is something wrong?" dad looks aways so I then turn to mom, who looked like was crying. "Mom? Did-did something happen? Did I do something wrong?" Mom then hugs me "No baby you didn't do anything wrong. We would never shout at you. Go to your bedroom first okay? You and your siblings can sleep together if you want." I then smile and head up to the play room.

Taylor's pov
How is he getting parole. With what he did, he should rot in jail. "He can't get out. I will make sure of it." Joe says. I turn to Joe "We need to go to the trial. as much as I don't want to see him again. to not let my daughter see him again, we have to. We have to go to make sure he stays in prison." I tell him "What about Hope? What are we gonna tell her?" he asks me. "The truth"

The next day, while William and Mia are watching, Joe and I talked to Hope. "Honey, we have to tell you something." Hope says "is this about last night?" I nod "Do you remember what happened 5 years ago?" Joe asks she nods looking scared. I then look at Joe and mouth "Ill do it" he then steps back to let me go in front of her "The man who took us. Uhm. There is a chance he can get out of jail." Before I could continue Hope speaks " What?! I thought he would stay there forever. He can't get out of jail. He'll hurt us again! I don't wanna go through that again! I can't see him hurt you!" I then look at her shocked. "I know, sweetheart. That's the thing. We have to go to trial this friday to make sure he stays in jail forever."
she can't seem to say anything but after a few moments "what is he doesn't stay there forever? what if he'll get out and hurt you or worse he'll hurt william, mia, and dad too?" she then starts to cry. "mommy. i can't go through that again. i can't see you guys get hurt."

I look at Joe who was turning white. My daughter is scared because of what that monster did. But she's not scared for herself, she's scared for us. I say " We will make sure he NEVER gets out. I promise" I then hug her. Joe and I look each other in the eye.

-Time skip-
The judge finally spoke "Adam Mathews. Guilty of zero parole in the future." Adam gets off his chair and jumps to us but the cops hold him down "You bitch! I WILL KILL YOU! I SWEAR!" he scream at us as I hold Hope closer.

We left william and mia at home because we didn't want them to know about this yet.

As we were headed home, a car from out of nowhere suddenly crashes into ours.

3rd Person pov
As Adam Mathews was being escorted to the car with one cop, he knocked the cop out and drove away with the car. He looked for the Alwyn's car and when he did, crashed into them at the intersection. The side of the car hit was the passenger seat area. Where Hope was seated. The car flipped over. Cops chased Adam but when they found him it was too late. He hit the Alwyns and he was dead due to the impact.
