The Beach

—A year later—
Hope's pov
We are going to the beach house today. We are excited to go cuz we haven't been there for almost a year. The beach house is the most relaxing place in the world! No papaz. No cameras. No people. Just us.

Once we arrive, William asks to go to the beach. Dad lets us as they make a snack for us. The three of us run to the beach. Will heads straight to the waters. "William James Alwyn! You're not in your swim suit yet!" Mia just laughs beside me "Oh c'mon, Hope. Let's go!" she then pull me to the waters. Oh shit its cold.

We then head inside cuz mom called us for snacks. "What the hell! You guys are wet." Dad says we laugh  at him and then chase him to hug him. Now he's also wet. Mom enters the kitchen and we also hug her. "William went in first then Em pulled me in." we then laugh

We head to the pool after since it was dark to go to the beach.We push dad in and he gets out of the pool to throw mom in. We laugh at them.

-A week later (August 19,2033)
We were just sitting at the beach playing volleyball when suddenly An aircraft appeared from out of nowhere. A FREAKING SPACESHIP . Dad then calls us to get closer to them.

We stand behind dad when something comes out of the ship. It was an alien! THOSE ARE FREAKING REAL?!?!?!?! It looked human but it was not. (The alien is Steppenwolf idk how to describe him) Dad holds us closer. Dad stands in front of us then it was mom then me while i hold Mia and William's hands.

The alien spoke and said "I am Steppenwolf. I have been searching for you." he says as he points at me. Dad covers me and says "What do you want!" Darkseid then looks at dad and says while pointing at me "Her. Give her to me and I will give my mercy to this earth." I feel William and Mia tighten their grip on me as mom uses her arm to shield us. "No. We will not give my daughter to you! Leave us and don't come back." dad shouts at him with anger. I've never heard dad like that. He's never even raised a voice at us like that.

Steppenwolf laughs "The audacity of you human. You will hand her to me whether you like it or not." he says then suddenly 3 aliens come out of the ship and blast something at dad. He then is sent flying away from us as he falls in the sand. "NO! DAD!" We then run up to his side.

I let go of Mia and William and I stand in front of them. Protecting them from him. "YOU WILL NOT HURT MY FAMILY!" I shout at him. "Hope stand behind me." mom says and dad tries pulling me back as he tries to sit down. "No, mom." Steppenwolf then looks at me and says "They are not your family. You. Hope. Are the offspring of my greatest enemy. Does heroes who foiled my plan. Now. After searching for you. I will take my revenge."

I was shocked. He knows my real family. "You know who I am?" he nods and points at me angrily "You are Hope Alexandra Queen or Hope Zor-El. Daughter of Kara and Oliver Queen. You will come with me as you are the one who will help me destroy all goodness." I shook my head "NO! I WILL NOT GO WITH YOU. I WILL NOT HELP YOU IN ANYTHING!" he then walks closer but he is still far from us "What makes you think you won't. You have your parent's heart. You are a hero! If you do not come with me then your so called family will pay. You already know what I am capable of." He says as he looked at dad.

Taylor's pov
I hold Joe's hand. I see Hope and I know what she's going to do. "No. Hope. I know you. Don't. Please." I beg to her as I reach for her hands. "Give me a moment." Hope says to the alien as she turn to face us. "Mom, dad. I have to go with him." before she could continue, Joe speaks " No. Hope. Don't go. Please. He will hurt you!" Joe pleads to her. She then looks down to her hands.

Joe's pov
Everything hurts. I don't care. She can't go. I plead to her not to. I try to sit but i can't. I hold onto Hope's hands tight never letting her go. "Please. Don't!" Taylor says with tears in her eyes. She's also holding onto Will and Mia's hands. They were also crying. I have to do something. I need to. I can't let my daughter go with him. I try to stand but Hope stops me.

Hope's pov
I look at my hands then I look at my family. "I'm sorry. I have to go with him. I can't let him hurt you guys." I say with my voice breaking. "He'll hurt you!" mom says "I know! Better me than all of you." I snap at her. Dad then holds onto my hand tighter. "No. I will not let you go. I won't." He said with tears in his eyes.

"Daddy. Mommy. Im sorry but you have to let me go. You have to. I promise to come back to you guys. I promise. I love you." I say as I remove their hands off of mine I hug them one last time and stand up to face Darksied.

Mia and Will then stands to follow me Mom tries to stop them but she can't and they pull me "Hope. Please don't leave us." William says. He is crying. They both are. "For once, I agree with Will. Please don't go! I can't lose my sister!" Mia cries harder. I then kneel down in front of them and hold their hands. Holding my tears. "Hey. You too look at me."Mia looks but will does not I then tilt his chin to look at me "Buddy. Please look at me." I say to him and he looks. "I won't ever leave you guys. Okay. Never. I'll be back. I promise. You guys are my family. My world. You mean everything to me. I'll be back. I promise. Wait here for me so when I come back, I'll know where you are. Promise me to take care of our parents. Okay.Listen to them and take care of them for me." I say as I cup both of their faces. "I love you guys so much." I say as I hug them.

I stand up and head to Steppenwolf. As I get closer to him. I feel weak. I drop to my knees. I look at my hands at my veins were glowing green. I then look up and see green rocks. "This is just something to see if you're developing your powers. And as you can see, you are as you are being affected by it. Now I can't have a Kryptonian awake in my ship.." he says. "Knock her out and take her to the lab." he orders the other aliens.

They get closer to me. I hear my family shout as I feel something sharp at my neck. It burns. I then see nothing.

Taylor's pov
I shout at Hope and I tell the kids to go beside me and they do. Joe screams in agony beside me as he tries to sit.

I look at Hope and they inject someone in her which makes her veins turn green. I could see her in pain. We try shouting for her but she lays there. The aliens then pick her up and take her in the ship.

The alien named Steppenwolf then looks at us "Tell anyone about this and she dies." he says as he follows the other aliens.

Then, they were gone. Joe passes out in pain and we just hold him. We cry. We don't know what to do now.
