Keep them safe

Hope's pov
We head to the tower to prepare our selves. I ask to talk to mom and dad alone first. "Mom, dad? I need you to promise me something." I say "Of course! what is it?" mom asks i turn around them and head to get something from my bag. "I need you to promise me that you'll give this to my family back on my earth if anything goes wrong." I say as i hand them a recording crystal. "No. No! I'm not taking that. Nothing is going to go wrong." mom says as she pushes the crystal away. "Mom. Please. Just take it. In case anything happens. Please." i hold my mom's hands as i put the crystal in them but she refuses to. "No. I am not taking that because our plan is going to work. We are going to buy some time for it to work." she says. I look at dad who was just looking at us. Refusing to say anything. "Mom. I don't want to do this also but I'm scared. I want this to work but it can also not. I love you guys so much and I'm glad that I still had time to meet you guys and spend time with you." I say "No don't say those. I will make sure nothing happens." mom says as she leaves the room leaving me and dad alone.

"Dad. Please just take it. I know that you also know it may not work. At least if it doesn't I have a plan. Please. I don't want to do this but I have to if it's our last option. Just know that I love you guys." I say as he takes the crystal. "Im sorry this is happening. I will make sure that our plan works. I will even if it's the last thing I do." he says as we hug. He hugs me tightly.

Mom refuses to talk to me as she doesn't want to accept it. I give her space.

-The next day-
He's here. "Please Hope stay here." mom says and i hug them before they leave "Stay safe." i tell them

We watch through the cameras. I walk around watching the spear. "Why won't you work yet. Please. Work." i say to myself as I could see our team being defeated. I try to think of a way to make the spear work. I knew something was wrong.

I know what I have to do. I wear my suit. "Whoa-whoa, Hope. Where are you going." ask Iris "I have a plan. I have to go there." i say as i head to get the spear. They were losing. Bad. "You can't. I promised to watch you." she says "But if I don't Uncle Barry will die. They will all die. I have to help them." I shout. She then steps back a bit. I do my plan.

I talk to Barry with the coms. "Uncle Barry. I need you to get them all out of there. Now! I have a plan." I say. "What?! No. If you think of going with him, don't. We won't let you." he says "I'm not. I promise. I know a way to kill him. But it has to be me. You're all too weak. Please just trust me." i say. "Okay." he says.

I then see him speed around and one by one bringing all of them to the waverider. "What?!" Aunt Thea says. "Barry! What are you doing." Sara says as slowly everyone enters. When they all are in. I put a barrier around them to make sure they don't mess the plan up. I can't risk them getting hurt. I then super-speed to Steppenwolf.

"Wha-Hope! Get back here!" I hear mom say from the coms. "Please. Don't do this. We are here!"
dad pleads. "I'm sorry. I know how to end this. But-but it has to be me. I'm the only one who can end this." I say through the coms. "No. I know what your planning." dad says "don't. please." he adds "what is she going to do?" ask sara "ollie?! what is she planning." she asks louder "She's gonna weaken him with her powers then stab him with the spear as the spear itself is not enough with his strength. she's gonna use her powers." he says "wait. if she uses her powers on him, isn't that going to enact the prophecy?" caitlin asks "it won't as she's not that powerful yet." barry says "but to use that amount of power to weaken him, she could die."caitlin says "hope. please. don't. you know what the chances are. you'll die!" mom says. "I know. But I could also survive. The odds are pretty good." i laugh " but you could still die! please don't." dad says "but i have to dad. I have to. To end him. We may fave something greater but ending him would give us time to prepare for that greater something. I have to do this. Im sorry." I say as I take my coms off.

"You want me. Here I am!" I shout at him as i take my bow out. I need to use my powers later. When the time is right.

Kara's pov
We can't just watch her. I can't. I head to the barrier and try to destroy it. I use my heat vision. Its not working. "Kara! It won't work. Only Hope can break it." Alex says "I have to try! I can't just sit and watch her sacrifice herself. I won't." I then drop to my knees. Iy won't work. I have no choice so just watch.

She's using her arrows but it's not working. She then runs out of arrows so she is doing hand combat. She gets hit. "No. Come on, come on! Stand up." Oliver says. She then finds the right time and hits him. He bleeds "Yes!" Thea shouts. "Hope. Come on. Find another way." I say to myself. "We need to get her family here." Sara says "He said he'll find Hope's family and make them pay the consequences. We need to find them after." she adds Hope would want us to help them "We will after." Alex says

We watch Steppenwolf take a kryptonite dagger out. He throws it to her but she doesn't dodge it. It hits her arm. No. Come one. She then finds the right timing and stabs him with the spear but he hits her. We could see him weakened. Hope then stands and takes her mask off. No. She'll die. "Get my family and keep them safe. I love you guys." she says. She uses her heat vision and blasts him. He'a dropping to his knees. Hope also. "No please hope. You can do this." I hear Oliver say.

She blasts him harder and finally he dies. Hope then drops to her knees. "No! We have to help her!" i shout. "The barrier isn't going down yet!" Nia says. "I won't wait for that." i say as i blast the barrier with my heat vision and its down.

We speed to the battlefield and get to Hope. She isn't breathing.

Oliver's pov
She's not breathing. Barry super speeds her to Star Labs. Kara carries me and we see Barry place Hope in the bed. "We need to go intubate." Alex says and Caitlin does. "Nononono. Her heart rates dropping. Get me the paddles." Alex shouts. Cisco brings the paddles out. "Please help her!" Kara says as we stand near Hope.

"All of you out. We need space to help her. Kara go! We got this." Alex says as I lead Kara out of the room. We watch them tru to revive her. Then she flatlines. They shock her but it doesn't work. "No! Please. Hope. Don't leave us." Kara chokes out. I hug her as I hold back my tears. I have to be brave.

They stop. I look at them and Alex looks at me. "I'm sorry." she mouths. Kara cries as she runs in the room. I follow her. I slowly enter the room. I feel tears run down my face. "Nonono. Hope! Please. Don't leave us." Kara hugs Hope. "No. I won't lose my daughter." I say as I perform CPR on her. Kara steps back. "Oliver. Stop. She's gone." Sara says "No! I won't lose her again." I keep pressing her chest. I then hit it hard as I shout. Then the monitors beep. I let out a sigh of relief. Alex then continues to CPR to stabilize her heart rate.

We step aside. She's alive. I then hug Kara. "She's gonna be okay, angel. She will." I say as I kiss her forehead.

After they stitch her wounds, we sit beside her bed and hold her hands. "Please. Wake up." Kara says. "Kara. We have to get her family. They might go after them." I say to her. "Ask Thea to go to them. Please. I don't want to leave her side." she says. I nod and leave the room first. I have to at least do what Hope wants. It's the least I could do.

"Thea. Can you go to Earth 13 and get Hope's family? They've seen you before maybe they can come with you easily." I say as I approach them. "Okay. I'll ask Sara, and Barry  to come with." she says.
