Honestly I wish I wasn't here right now. I had such an headache, didn't feel good at all and these flashing lights made it even worse. But I couldn't call in sick, I needed the money and they needed me here. Didn't want them to have a reason to fire me.
"What do you want?" I yelled as I leaned on the bar. "Your number would be nice" he yelled back.
I backed away and sighed. Those type of guys were definitely not helping with my headache.
"Chase, can you please help this man" I pointed at him, taking a step closer to Chase.
Chase was another bartender in this club, don't know if it was his real name, also didn't really care.
He was cool, kinda my bodyguard around here as well.He chuckled, he knew the guy was bothering me, most of the time, I would just ignore his comment and still make his drink.
But tonight wasn't that night.
I just didn't have the patience.
A few hours passed after that, with a few different remarks here and there. Tried to ignore them best as I could.
"Your shift is over Francesca, let's go party now" Savannah, my best friend pulled me away from the bar.
"I think I'm going home Sav, I don't feel well"
"You're not going home" she said, took our glasses and pulled me to the dancefloor. "Lando Norris is here as well"
She pointed at the DJ booth, were Lando was most of the time.
I wasn't really impressed with that anymore, he was here almost every night when he was in Monaco.
Girls flocked around him, wanted his attention, wanted to kiss him, whatever.
He tried to flirt with me once and I had to admit that I also liked that, until he kissed someone else 10 minutes later.
Wasn't into that, at all.
But unfortunately Sav was obsessed with him. I know she only came to this club to see him, and maybe for the free drinks.
"Let's go dance in front of him" she said, pulling me with her.
She danced in front of him, trying to get his attention. But he was way too busy dancing with someone else already.
He didn't even look at her once.
"Alright, this was fun, let's go home" I said, didn't want her to embarrass herself. "No, I am not going before I talked to him"
She looked up at him and back at me. "Please introduce me to him"
"I don't even know the guy" I shrugged. "You work here, he obviously knows you" she said.
Fuck why was she so desperate for him? He literally was the biggest red flag, kissing another girl every damn night.
He was not a good guy.
Just the way he was dressed right now. Backwards cap, a shirt that was buttoned down way too low so it showed his necklace and chest a little.
Absolute fuckboy.
But she would never get off my back if I didn't do this.
"Okay fine" I said, grabbed her hand and pulled her to the DJ booth. This was gonna be very embarrassing, I already knew.
"Hi Lando" I said, leaning in to him. "I want to introduce you to my friend, this is Sav" I took a step back, letting Sav take a step closer to him.
He looked at me confused, looked at Sav even more confused, but that wasn't my problem anymore.
He definitely didn't know me, didn't know what was happening.
They started talking, his eyes wondered off and met mine a couple of times.
I hated that. He was talking to my best friend, while looking at me.I could feel his eyes all over my body.
So I walked away, let them do their thing.
"Isn't your shift over?" Chase asked as I walked behind the bar again. "Yes, but Sav is on a dick hunt" I nodded at the DJ booth.
"Oh, she's trying to catch Lando" he chuckled, poured me a drink and put it in front of me. "Shouldn't be too hard" I mumbled.
And it wasn't that difficult, because only a few minutes later, he was kissing her.
He was so gonna break her heart.
