He escaped.
After that night with Delilah leaving, Kayleen and Rayna interrogating him, he managed to escape.
"How the heck did he manage to leave?"
"Honestly, sir, I don't know. But what I do know, is that we need to put her with detectives."
"Good idea, Raymous. How about you and Kayleen do it, since you lost our number one suspect."
"Yes captain."
"Yes sir."
"Good, now get with it."

'So you're meaning to tell me that Liam Payne, supposedly "Daddy Direction", pulled Harry Styles' pants down at a concert, and now it's in a movie?' Delilah was still in the hospital bed, having the doctor tell her she has to stay over night.
"Yeah, it was the funniest thing ever. But, our pranks on each other were amazing."
The boys were telling her stories about their time on tour with One Direction.
There was a knock on the door.
"FBI. Can we enter?"
The boys looked puzzled as they opened the door.
