The sky outside had became a painting sculpture, red translating into orange, the blue being the frame for such majestic beauty. Crows were soaring, singing with once another as they traveled in a pact.
From the hillside, y/n was seen walking down with some of the other members of the team as they we're discussing about the upcoming match that they had against a powerhouse, which was even more remarkable as they would've never even batted an eye at them before.
"Y/n-chan, I've been meaning to ask," Hinata begun as he walked side by side with her with his bike by his side, eyeing her perfectly sculpted face, the small hairs that begun to stick out in multiple angles as the sun beams blessed her, "why did you reject Seijho?"
The girl mouth slightly opened up as she turned her gaze downward to the smaller boy, her eyes now shined a brighter teal as the sun reflected on them. "Well... there's not really anything special about them."
This caused Tanaka who was also watching with them gape as he was beyond confused. "What do you mean there's nothing special about them? They're one of the top four teams in this prefecture! Thats madness!" He exclaimed, nothing special his ass!
Y/n then turned to look at him and deadpanned. "You sound like you want me to go there instead." The boy then howled in terror. "NO! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE NOW! KIYOKO AND YOU ARE OUR GODDESSES!"
The girl then just rolled her eyes and looked to the side, a little bit flustered by the attention. "I won't be leaving don't worry, just pulling your leg." Once saying that, the boy just blushed as she spoke directly to him.
"But to answer your question fully Hinata..." she then just looked up at the sky and observed the way the clouds carefully drifted on by, "im simply not interested in them. They don't hold the same atmosphere that you guys have. Right now,"
"you guys are weak." Hearing her say that, others walking with them flinched. "You guys are known as the wingless crows, the fallen champions. The ones who used to do the fearing, but now you are the feared. I want to ensure that you all become strong, determined, and capable of carrying out your roles effectively."
Then her piercing gaze went down to Hinata who was looking at her with big eyes. "I will make you all strong. With me as your coach, there will be no opportunity for failure. With me by your side, you are strong."
While saying this, her eyes spiralled, an aura of teal surrounding them. As cold as her face looked, her eyes glimmered with passion and desire to prove that she could be a powerful force and role model for them, that they could depend on her to help guide them though this rough patch they're experiencing as of now, but their wings will rise to altitudes even higher.
There was a stilled silence for a few moments, before there was a sudden heaviness on the girls shoulder. Her spiral eyes disappeared as she looked over to the side and saw that Daichi placed his hand on her shoulder, smiling down encouragingly.
"And im completely positive on that fact, Itoshi! I'm sure that you will be a key that'll lead us to success, so please do your best as our coach!" Once he said that, he patted her shoulder a few times, before releasing it and quickly running down the hill to catch up with Sugawara and Kageyama.
The girl blinked as she watched the retreating figure of Daichi, feeling charmed. She felt oddly moved by what he said, almost comforted that someone else, other than herself, believed in her dreams.
She lightly blushed as she gripped onto her coach zipper, the area that held her heart. "I will." She whispered as her eyes had unswayable resolve.
Catching up with the others, the two first years and second year were finally in reaching distance of Kageyama and Sugawara, who seemed to be having a meaningful conversation. She caught notice on how Daichi wondered of into the shop, wonder what he's getting?
