---Everyone was lost in thought upon hearing the news of Shakuni's arrival, except a few who were happy, such as Dhritarashtra and Gandhari. They were about to leave for the entrance when a soldier came in, bowed his head, and greeted everyone. He then informed them that Rajmata Kunti had also arrived with her five sons. Saying this, he left. Everyone else was very happy to hear this.

"Kunti and the Pandavas had come to Hastinapur because Pandu had passed away. Rajmata Satyavati, and Ambika, Ambalika were about to take sanyas (renounce the world). However, Rishi Ved Vyas had stopped them because he wanted their lives to improve with the arrival of Karna, as he knew that Mahadev was going to be born in their lineage in the form of Karna."

"Kunti and the Pandavas had gone to Brij to meet Nand Baba and Yashoda Maiya because they were invited after Krishna was born."

(Kunti did not yet know that Krishna was the son of her brother Vasudev. She had gone because Nand Ji had invited her, considering him as a brother. Moreover, Yashoda Maiya was the sister of Kunti's sister-in-law, Rohini. So, they all went to meet them.)

Everyone went to the entrance. Bhishma still had Karna in his arms. Gandhari asked the servants to prepare the aarti thal and bring it quickly.

Shakuni Mama and Kunti with the Pandavas were standing together at the entrance. The Pandavas were glaring at Shakuni Mama while Shakuni Mama looked at them with a very evil smirk. They were about to talk when everyone else arrived.

Seeing a small child in Bhishma's hands, everyone was shocked. They were so stunned that they didn't even blink. Then they saw the child in Bhishma's hands and were all mesmerized by his beauty.

They had never seen such a beautiful child before. Kunti thought that Nakul was the most handsome, but seeing this child, she couldn't take her eyes off him.

The Pandavas were also lost in the child's beauty. They felt a bit jealous that this child was more beautiful than Nakul.

Shakuni wondered whose child Bhishma was holding. Shakuni's only goal was to destroy the Kuru dynasty and make Bhishma cry tears of blood. But no matter who came or went, Shakuni was determined to achieve his goal.

After a while, everyone came out of their shock. Kunti asked to  Bhishma - "Tatshree, who is this child in your hands?"

Before Bhishma could say anything, Satyavati spoke very lovingly -  "Kunti, this is Gandhari and Dhritarashtra's son. Gandhari and Dhritarashtra's youngest son, Karna. Suryaputra Karna. He will bring great fortune to our lineage. His arrival has dispelled the dark shadow over our family."

Hearing Satyavati's words, those standing at the entrance were shocked and jealous.

Shakuni was shocked to learn that this beautiful child was his beloved sister Gandhari's youngest son. Shakuni now looked at Karna with great affection because Karna's innocence reminded him of his beloved sister Gandhari's childhood.

Meanwhile, Kunti and the Pandavas were jealous because they had never seen Satyavati speak to them with such affection. They knew that Satyavati did not favor the Kauravas and loved the Pandavas. But now, with Karna's arrival, the idea that Satyavati would love the Kauravas more than them was hard to accept for them.

Another reason for their jealousy was that Karna was Suryaputra. This meant that their image as sons of the gods would now be shared with someone else. Kunti did not like this because she took great pride in being the mother of god-born sons. The fact that someone else would now share that title frustrated her.

But they couldn't understand how Karna could be Suryaputra. As far as they remembered, only Kunti had the mantra to obtain sons from the gods.

Kunti was very angry but still, in an extra sweet voice, she asked to  Satyavati - "Rajmata, what are you saying? How could Jiji obtain a son from a god? Only I had that mantra, right?"

Kunti spoke so sweetly that everyone thought she genuinely wanted to know and was Curious and Happy to know.

But three people noticed that Kunti was trying to hide her frustration and was making an effort to speak sweetly. Two of them were shocked at why Kunti was getting frustrated, as she was known to be a calm and kind lady. But the third person was not surprised, as if they knew Kunti would definitely be frustrated by this.
