Not only has Kathleen been angry at Sam, she had an argument with her mother.
Kim wanted Kathleen to be home more often, but how could she? She was half alone at that house. If her brother was the LaRusso's, then she was alone. If he was home, she would still be by herself. He spends most of his day in his room anyways.
Now her parents, Kim and Diego are barely home. They have jobs that require them to be in the office 24/7. They barely have time to see their kids. It's one reason why Kathleen always gets what she wants. They feel guilty and they think buying her anything makes it up to her.
It doesn't.
Kim is the one who mainly attacks her daughter. She tells her how she should do more to help out in the house. It always ends in an argument, Kathleen tells her mother that they have maids to clean up and it's never dirty so she has no reason to do anything.
Especially recently since she spends her time with Miguel or at the dojo. No need to be home when it's mostly vacant.
There was karate practice and Kathleen was running late, for some reason she couldn't find her gi.
She quickly changed and sat in between Miguel and Zack, who she barely talked to. All she knows is that he and Sam broke up over Robby. Which was unnecessary since they were friends but Zack didn't believe them.
Once she sat down she turned to her left and smiled at Miguel. He gave her a smile back and they turned towards their sensei's who were giving a demonstration.
Johnny and Kreese are fighting, showing us how to get out of a neck hold. "Okay pay attention." Johnny says standing in front of us. "He's got my neck, I've got his elbow. If I try to break out..."
"I dig in and I put him to sleep." Kreese tightens his hold on Johnny.
"If I go for his ribs..." Johnny elbow hits Kreese.
"He completely exposes his chest." Kreese then shows how he could hit Johnny with his knee.
"Two difficult choices. What do you do?" Johnny asked the class but everyone turns to each other not knowing the answer. So he sweeps Kreese's ankle and they both fall to the ground.
"Damn the consequences and you power forward." They speak once they both get up from the floor.
"You may get hurt, but nobody wins by doing nothing." "You make a choice. You make a move. You go... all in."
Once class was over Kathleen got up and moved to go talk to Tori and Aisha.
"Hey so we were talking before you got here, we decided to go out and get food. We invited Moon as well." Aisha told her once she joined them.
"Oh cool. Yeah that sounds fun, let me go talk to Miguel then we can go." She told the girls before they nodded and she turned to her boyfriend who was talking to Hawk and Zack.
