The last couple of days Kathleen had done nothing but train. She missed one day but for her it felt as if she missed multiple classes. They learned head butting so she had to catch up.
She was glad she had Miguel, he caught her up, and what made it easier was that Kathleen was a fast learner. She got the head butting down, as she practiced on Stingray.
"So Moon invited me to her party." Kathleen slid beside Miguel. He invited her over to his apartment complex so they could train. "She also put in charge of inviting you and the other Cobras"
"No," Miguel said carefully. "I don't think I'm in the party mood. Besides we could spend today together since schools starting up."
All Kathleen could do was give him a small grin, she loved how he's always only trying to be with her. She doesn't mind but she wants to spend today with friends, considering she might not have classes with them.
"Please. I promise if it gets boring or something goes wrong we can come home." Kathleen tried pleading. "Plus she said it was going to be really chill and nothing gonna go wrong."
With an uncertain face Miguel gave in. He really didn't want to go but since Kathleen plead and wanted to go he agreed. It was hard for him to say no to the girl. If she ever told him to throw himself off a cliff, he would. He loved her.
They bid each other a goodbye and Kathleen drove to her house to get ready. She wanted to take her time but because she promised Moon she'll help her with a couple of decorations she had to arrive early. She didn't really want to but she had spent time with the girl, she thought it would be a good idea to have a couple of hours with her friend.
It was a causal party, but because Kathleen liked adding additional items to her outfits. She wore a short blue sundress, a pair of white Prada platforms heels. She then layered a couple of jewelry to complete the outfit.
Checking her outfit three or four times she decided it was time for her to leave. Alex was with Anthony and they were both with a babysitter since the parents and siblings were all busy.
She soon arrived to Moons and had already seen a couple cars outside, the party didn't start till another hour.
"WOW. You really out did yourself Kat." Moon said admiring her friend's outfit. "Come, let's go inside and get these vegan pigs in the blanket in the oven." She said grabbing her friend's wrist and dragging her inside.
Kathleen just let herself be dragged by her friend. "Vegan pig blankets? Moon you really are too white."
The girls both joked around the entire hour till more people started showing up. Kathleen squealed with delight when she finally spotted her boyfriend. She slightly sprinted not being able to fully run in heels.
Once she reached him, Miguel opened his arms wider letting Kathleen wrap her arms around his body. "You look amazing babe."
With her head pressed against his chest, she smiled and looked up. "Thank you. You look great too."
