After visiting Miguel in the hospital, Kathleen didn't know what to do. She was all alone, she had no one to comfort her and tell her that it will all be okay.
The only person who she could trust was the reason why her boyfriend was now lying on a hospital bed in a comma.
But if there was one thing she learned from Miguel was ,forgiveness, you never know what could happen to those you love.
So at that precise moment Kathleen was standing outside of the LaRusso's home ready to forgive her friend.
As she was going over what she wanted to say to Sam, the front door opened and Amanda stood there. She was surprised to see the Gomez girl outside. Karate ruined the two girls friendship, and after the fight, who now's why the girl was standing outside.
But Kathleen had pleading eyes and Amanda saw them, she realized that the girl was not there to cause any trouble but really looking for comfort. So she opened the door wider and smiled at the girl letting her know she understood.
As Kathleen reached the girls door she was staring not knowing what she well say once Sam opened the door. Yes, it well be awkward, but she needed to get that apology out of her chest. She just didn't know how to start the conversation.
"Come in Mom." Kathleen heard from the other side of the door after she had knocked on the door twice.
"Not your mom." She said as she opened the bedroom door open. Sam stood up quickly wondering what her old friend was doing there. She had spoke to her in a while and was a little concerned.
Kathleen stood there playing with her rings, "Um, your mom, she um, let me in." Staring a little longer at the girl, Kathleen finally lowered her head and started crying. "I'm so sorry Sam. If I would stopped Tory sooner none of this would have happened. My boyfriend wouldn't be in the hospital right now fighting for his life, he should be with me right now and-"
Sam quickly hugged her friend comforting her. "Shh it's okay. It's not your fault, if anything it's mines and Tory's, we both made mistakes and we should be the one apologizing to you both."
They both had moved to the ladders bed and sat there in silence waiting for one of them to speak. "I haven't seen Tory, Zack, or Robbie in a while. They're mainly the ones to blame. And I know Robbie probably didn't mean to do what he did, but he still did it and consequences have actions."
Sam didn't know what to say. Yes her boyfriend did kick Miguel off the second floor, but he's sorry and regrets it everyday. She just hopes he's doing okay and gets home safe.
"I didn't know what to do. Everyone is gone, and I need someone by my side so I came here. I'm ready to forgive you, I need my friend back." Both girls smiled at each other and leaned in for a hug. As they broke apart Kathleen's smile widened knowing she had some place to go now. "So um, to go around kissing anyone's boyfriend cause we don't need anyone else in the hospital."
They both started laughing and it was going good. Like their friendship was never over, they were back to being the sisters they always were.
Amanda stood on the other side of the door smiling. She knew eavesdropping on the two girls conversation was wrong but she couldn't help it. She didn't know why Kathleen was there and she wanted to be prepared just in case it all went wrong.
But she knew now. The girls had apologized and are on good terms. She now hoped Miguel would wake up, he didn't deserve to be in the hospital, most importantly in a coma. He's just a kid, a kid who was trying to stop a fight, a kid who showed mercy.
A kid was in a coma over a stupid karate rivalry.

I didn't know what to do this chapter. It was hard trying to fit Kathleen in this chapter, but here is this short one for now!!!!
