**YOUR POV**
„The song is really special to you, huh?" He asked, kissing the top of my head.„Yeah, it is. Got me through some tough times. Then and even now." I admitted.
„Oh, love. I'm really sorry it won't happen tonight. Maybe another time, okay?"
„Yes, Haz. It's no problem, really. Just felt like I needed to hear it in an atmosphere like this again. It was always so magical with the lights and the fans and listening to your voice through the speakers, so I wanted to ask you, but I knew it was a long shot, so don't worry about it. It's okay." I assured him.
„Okay, baby. I'll make sure the fans raise their lights for Sign of the Times or Fine Line though."
„They always do that, Haz. You don't even have to say anything anymore." I smiled.
„That's true." Harry said, looking at the time on his phone. „Oops, I have to get ready. Are you gonna stay here or come with me?" He asked me, getting up on his feet.
„I'm gonna stay here for a bit, I'll be backstage in a minute." I told him.
„Okay. See you later." He kissed my lips and ran off.
Harry still had a while to get on stage, like two whole hours, but he liked to get ready and prepare way before it was time.
After a while of sitting out there and watching the fans take their seats and run to the barricade, I made my way backstage.
„Hey, have you seen Harry?" I asked Elin when she passed me on my way, trying to find my husband.
„I think he's in his dressing room." She told me with a smile.
„Great, thanks!"
„Hey! Brought you some snacks and water." I entered the room, closing the door behind me and set the food down on the small table in the room.
„Thanks, love." He said, followed by a sigh.
He was sitting in a chair, leaning slightly forward and his hand placed on his shoulder, squeezing it slightly.
I watched him for a second with a frown. „Is it your back?" I then asked him and he nodded.
„It's acting up again at the worst possible time." He sighed again.
I set down my purse and moved to stand behind him, placing my hands on his back to start massaging the spot that we knew too well acted up every now and then. It was always the same spot. It hasn't acted up for a while now, so it was just a matter of time until the backpains started again.
Harry has had it on tour a few times, more during Live On Tour, but especially back in the 1D days, so it wasn't anything new. He's always had it his whole life, but it has gotten worse since the surgery which we knew would happen. Usually, it wasn't a huge problem since it would fade within a few days, but it was inconvenient whenever he had to do a show. It meant he couldn't physically give his all and had to cut back on dancing and jumping around which would be fine, but he knew the fans would notice immediately and he hated to see them worry about him in any way. He didn't want them to think he couldn't do the show they traveled and payed money for. He wanted to give them a proper show and that always. I told him many times that they would never be mad at him for not being able to give them the dances and all, that they were here for him and they loved him no matter what.
„Is it the same as always?" I wondered.
„Yeah, it's always this shooting pain. I feel like everything is stiff." He stood up with his hand placed on his back, a deep breath leaving his mouth. He stepped forward, resting his hands on the table in front of him while he slowly swayed his hips from side to side. „Why, just why now?" He sighed.
I gently ran my hands through his soft hair before soothingly rubbing his back in circles. „Do you wanna take a paracetamol or something?"
„No, no, it's okay." He stood back up straight to look at me.
„Are you sure?" I reached my hand up to cup his cheek.
„Yeah." He nodded and took a deep breath. „I've got two hours left, if it won't get better, I'll take the pain meds, but I feel like it'll ease down in a bit. It's always like this." He explained.
„Okay. Just take it easy on stage tonight." I kissed his lips.
„I'll try my best." He smiled.
Two hours later, Harry was almost ready to go on stage. He just got dressed in his outfit and was putting his shoes on.
„How's your back doing?" I asked Harry who sat on the couch, zipping up his boots.
„Better. Luckily." He said.
„Good, I'm glad then. Still though, take it easy on stage."
„Yeah for sure." Harry nodded.
„Okay then, I'll go up to my seat now." I said, grabbing my purse and a bottle of water. „Have a great time, babe. I'll see you in the car afterwards." I said since Harry would run off stage and directly jump into the car that was waiting at the exit of the arena.
„See you later, beautiful." He smiled as he stood up and pressed a loving kiss to my lips. „Love you." He said before kissing me again.
„Love you too." I smiled back and left Harry's dressing room, making my way up to the upper bowl along with a security guard that brought me to the VIP section. My seat was at the front of the first upper bowl, right behind the banister where I leaned against, looking around and admiring the beautiful outfits the fans once again wore. They just kept outdoing themselves. The only colorful thing I wore that night were my colorful sneakers and matching purse. I promised myself I'd wear something more colorful at the next show that would suit the theme the fans had going on and I've been dying to dance along with them and do the boot scoot to Treat People With Kindness. It looked like so much fun and I wanted to join so bad.
