Chapter 2

Jieun's POV

The moment I arrived at school, I immediately went straight to my locker to get 2 of my notebooks, then later on, I saw a girl that kissed Jisung on the lips from the corner of my eye. Pathetic! Yesterday you were begging me to give you another chance, and yet, here you are, kissing some random chick! What a dickhead! I thought to myself as I rolled my eyes, closed my locker and hurriedly decided to go inside the classroom.

"Looks like someone's in a bad mood today!", a familiar voice said in a teasing yet annoying tone as I turned around to see Jay, following me.
"Oh shut up, will you?! You're just ruining my mood even more!", I said as I rolled my eyes in annoyance.
"Affected much, just because you saw him, kissing a girl? Who is he to your life anyway? And why are you so bothered when you saw him kiss a girl?", he said as he laughed.

How dare he tell me something like that?! I'm doing everything I can just to move on, and here he is, continuously adding salt to my wounds! I thought to myself as I turned to him with sharp glares.

"You know nothing, ok? And if I were you, just shut your freaking mouth before I say something you'll never like!", I said as I snapped.
"Yo chill! I was just trying to help you!", he said.
"Help? You're not even helping! You're just making it worse by teasing me about it!", I said as I walked away.

The moment I entered inside the classroom, I immediately took a seat on my chair beside Gaeul and brought out my phone to distract myself.

"Bad mood?", Chaehyun said behind me.
"Are you ok?", Gaeul worriedly asked me.
"Apparently, I saw a random girl that kissed Jisung. Well.. I wasn really affected by it not until Jay came and teased me about it, ruining my mood even more!", I said when Jay entered the classroom and sat beside his friend.
"Don't mind him! He's probably hungry for attention.", Gaeul said, making it louder for Jay to hear.
"I think I know the only way to ease your anger! Wanna grab a bite of vanilla ice cream later, NiNi? My treat!", Chaehyun said.
"Buy me as well!", Gaeul said.
"Sure! You're the best, Chae!", I told her.
"Of course! Anything for my girls!", Chaehyun said with a satisfied smile.

Jay's POV

The moment I entered the school's hallway, the first thing I immediately saw was Jieun, walking away in annoyance when she saw her ex, kissing a girl. Why does she seem annoyed and affected by it? Who is he to her in life anyway? I curiosly thought to myself. I hope you can tell me why your hatred towards Jisung is so big, Jieun! I thought to myself as I hurriedly approached her.

Teasing her about it? What does she mean that I'm teasing her about it? Did something happen between her and Jisung, which is why she hates him very bad? Who is he in her life anyway? I thought to myself as I suddenly had this urge to find out the whole story about her, then a few seconds later, my attention diverted to my wrist watch. Shit! The professor is about to enter at anytime! I thought to myself as I fastened my pace and finally went inside the classroom. The moment I took a seat on my chair beside Jake, he was looking at me like I did something bad.
