Jill's POV
One years later
9:30 a.m

"You givin me that good, extra lovin'."I rolled over, while still wrapped in our comforter, and rested my head on Megan's chest.

"You deserve it." She bit her lip and grabbed my ass.

"I'm gonna go to the store, and I already bought some bacon, but I need to get some grits." I noticed Megan's face twist in surprise.

"I haven't heard that accent in a while," she said.

"You knocked it loose." I straddled her, and allowed the comforter to fall off of my bare body.I started to grind on her, riding her pussy, my clit on hers. I put my hands in my hair and she put her hands on my hips.

"Fuckk." Megan threw her head back as her eyebrows furrowed. "Damn it Jill; go to the store," she moaned.

"I don't think I want to leave now, " I admitted as I sped up, making the bed rock back and forth.

That's when Megan practically threw me off of her. I could tell she had already had enough from earlier this morning. "Go, go get dressed," she struggled to get out.

"I'm gonna go shower, feel free to join me."

"Nooo Jill, I have to go to a meeting after breakfast." She got up and wrapped herself in the comforter, not allowing me to see her gorgeous figure, and walked into the closet.

I followed her in and picked out an outfit and laid it out on the island in the center of the closet. I then took my shower.

30 minutes passed and I was finally fully clothed. My afro was out, and I wore a grey pantsuit with black heels.

"Alright babe, I'm going to the store!"

"Ok!"

I walked down the hall, and knocked on Jett's door. "Good morning hunny," I smiled brightly.

"Good morning Mama. Um... are you still going to do it today?"

"Yep, I'm gonna go get it now. Stall Megan for me?" I winked at him.

"Okay, I will, just hurry back," he smiled.

I kissed his forehead and went to the twins bedroom.

"How are we doing this morning?" I asked the now five year olds.

"Nella was snoring and being annoying," Hazel said in an annoyed and unamused manner.

"I was not!"

"Hey! Hey!" I interjected. "It's ok to snore, it's just that sometimes it bothers others. And, Hazel, don't be mean to your sister, please. Apologize to your sister." Hazel didn't budge. Good Lord. "Now, Hazel," I demanded.

"Sorry, Nella," she mumbled.

Nella folded her arms. "It's ok, I guess."

"Where are you going?" Hazel asked in curiosity.

"You can't go with me Haze. Keep your Mama company, ok?"

"Fineeee," she dragged.

"Have a good morning, the both of you, hear?" I kissed both of their foreheads and left the bedroom. I yelled out to Megan once more in the hallway that I was leaving. I got into my car and drove to Helzberg Diamonds. After the situation last year with Megan being in a coma, with me admitting to her that I wanted to get married then, the timing couldn't be more off. There was this...woman who I believed was Megan, who we all believed was Megan, that I proposed too, who I believed I loved. Though Megan understood that we'd all been deceived, she could hardly trust me, eventually calling the engagement off. It took a while to get into her heart again for her to trust me and now, this time I hope and pray it's all worth it.
