    Yllani

After weeks of resting, here I am, roaming around my Palace. There are so many things I still couldn’t understand and I keep on wondering for my real identity, who the hell is my father, how I ended up in the battlefield and fought with the Demon King.

Hindi man niya ako nagawang sugatan but I still suffer from the wounds I got from fighting over the lightings. It was torture but definitely worth it.  While suffering from the pain, I still had time to be with two amazing creatures in my dream. We roam around the Kingdom as if our souls really did travel around, there, I was stunned to see an intense war. All I thought it was a warning for an incoming war but it seems real, I was hurt to see my mother, Empress Annoura fight the Demon King and got wounded so I rushed back to the place we came from. Surprisingly, those two creatures in my dream told me to wake up and defend my people. As soon as they hold me in their arms I closed my eyes, I felt warm. Then my eyes opened and was already flying around the clouds. There, I saw the Kingdom in chaos. Later on, I just found myself fighting the Demon King, I defeated him.

   But something feels not right...

“What a lovely day, isn’t it?” I was no longer surprised to see Zyro. I can still remember how he smiled from ear to ear.

    Yumuko kami sa isa’t isa.

“Prince Zyraeven, what brings you here, again?” I asked.

“Something important, your Highness. My father and I...” He started stepping forward, towards me. “... decided to investigate. I believe there is more to know about Azhran’s plans, and his accomplice...”

I nodded then stepped backwards then stopped. “Feel free, Prince Zyraeven. You have my full support.”

“Do you have something more to say, Prince?” Tanong ko.

“Yes, but it is quite confidential for anyone to hear...”

“Then maybe we can talk inside? My servants cannot leave me for I am still recovering, I am not to be left unattended.” Sabi ko.

It was actually half the truth. Iniiwasan ko lang talaga na kaming dalawa because honestly, it feels awkward.

“I’m all ears, Your Highness. You can continue...” I smiled, yet he gave me a smirk.

He faked a cough. “It’s about the preparations for our weddi—” I immediately shut his mouth with my hands.

   “Everyone, leave!”

   “But your—”

“It’s fine, I will be fine...”

“You know marriage is a serious matter, right?” Seryosong tanong ko.

I crossed my arms at breast level, still, my brows raised.

He stepped forward until our body was only inches away from each other.

“And I’m serious about marrying you, Your Highness.”

Is he going to... kiss me?
