Chapter Fifty Four

Pagkatapos ng tagpong iyon, pareho kaming bumalik sa palasyo ni Zyro. Sinabihan ko itong sabihan ang kanyang ama at wala nang iba. Mamaya ay babalik ito upang isama ko sa pagi-imbestiga.

Nang napainom na nila ang katas ng bulaklak sa Emperatris, hindi muna ako umalis sa tabi nito sapagkat hindi pa ito nagigising. Hawak ko ang kamay nito at hindi na ito nanlalamig. Kahit ‘yon pa lamang ay masaya na ang loob ko.

“It would take some time until her Majesty’s body would nourish the medicine.” The head Healer smiled at me.

I nodded.

“Then I will wait until she wakes up.” She bowed and left.

Tumawag ako ng isang tagasilbi.

“Inform the officials to prepare a council gathering tomorrow. I want everyone to be there, understood?”

“Yes, your Highness.” Aniya at lumabas ng silid.

Maya-maya pa ay naramdaman ko ang pagkilos ng kamay ko. Inangat ko ang tingin ko sa aking ina nang gumalaw ang katawan nito.

She opened her eyes and she looked so confused. She tries to open her mouth to mouth a word but failed.

“Yes, Your Highness!” They answered back in unison.

The head healer approached me with a smile on her face.

“You did not only made me proud, but also the whole Realm. You are indeed a good leader and a daughter. Ever since you defeated the demon Lord, I never doubted you like others.” She said.

I smiled back. “I thank you as well for being the best healer...”

She laughed. “I did not do the work, you did. I am doing my job but you did not just fulfill your duties and responsibilities but transcend not just as the daughter of the Empress, but you proved yourself that you deserve to be the Chief of Gods.”

I almost cried but she helped me wipe it.

“I will return to her Majesty now, your Highness.” She excused herself.

“I have to do something as well, please take care of my mother.”

“With all my life, Your Highness.”

When she left. My tears flows down. My heart is flattered and happy.

Isang katok ang kumuha ng atensiyon ko. Napa irap ako.

Nage-emote ako!

Sinenyasan ko ang nagbabantay ng pinto dito sa loob na buksan iyon.

Bumungad sa akin si Zyro at ang ama nito. Yumuko kami sa isa’t isa at dumiretso na siya sa kung saan ang aming ina. Noong nakaraan ay nagsabi siya sa akin na siya ang magpapanguna sa pag iimbestiga patungkol sa nangyari na siyang sinang-ayunan ko.

Teka... kung naka paligid lang sa amin ang nagpapanggap na ako, hindi impossibleng hindi niya din gayahin ang iba.

Bago ko pa man siya subukan, nakarinig ako ng kaunting tili mula sa likuran ko. Nang lingunin ko iyon biglang tumahimik ang grupo ng nga katulong.

Napayuko sila at umalis sa harap ko.

Mukhang hindi ko na kailangang alamin kung totoo ba tong kausap ko dahil napaka hangin nito kahit lupa ang kapangyarihan nito. Kagaya ng lupa, makapa din ang mukha niya!

“I’ll prefer to be blind forever then.” Iyon lang ang sinabi ko at umalis na sa harap niya.

Ramdam ko namang sinusundan niya ako.

Maya-maya pa ay napatigil ako at hinarap siya. May mga paparating na grupo ng mga babaeng katulong at napatili sila nang makita si Zyro ngunit napatigil din nang mapansin ako.

Yumuko sila at humingi ng tawad. Bago pa sila umalis ay pinigilan ko sila.

“Prince Zyraeven?” Tawag ko sakanya.

“Yes?” He replied.

I smiled. “Maybe we can go to my chamber to talk?” Sabi ko with blinking eyes.

He seems confused but he got what I was trying to say. He nodded. “Yeah. Let’s spend some time alone, shall we?” Aniya at inilahad ang braso nito.

Pinamukha ko sa mga taga silbi kung paano ko hawakan ang braso ng prinsipe.

“Let’s leave now, my prince.” Sabi ko.

“Anything you say, my dearest.” Aniya.

I felt something in my stomach.

Is it disgust or? Nevermind.
