chapter 7

I wake up the next morning and Sage is gone. I don't know what it is but I feel safe and at home with him. Where did he go ? I thought to myself. I can't stop thinking about that phone call I got a few weeks back. I leave my house and go see my dad. I walk in his house.

" Hey baby girl."

Seth says as he kisses my cheek.

"Hey daddy."

I say smiling at him.

" Where is your boyfriend?"

" Dad, he's not my boyfriend. I honestly don't know what we are."

I say laughing.

" Does he take care of you?"

" Yes dad he does."

" That's good baby."

I sit beside my dad on the couch.

" Daddy, where's mom and Luke?"

I asked him in a timid tone.

" Last I talked to Elina, they were in Los Angeles."

He says as he takes a deep breath.

" I got a call a few weeks ago from a guy who claimed to be an LA cop. He also knew you were in the hospital at the time too."

I told him as tears started to fall from my eyes.

He takes a deep breath and walks outside. I follow him.

" Dad, talk to me. Where are they?"

He sheds tears.

" They left trying to control your brothers "

I just look at him and take a deep breath. Dad walks to me and kisses my cheek.

" They left knowing Luke could not control his power, They should be home some time soon."

He said as he walked to the porch and sat down in the swing. I walk to my car and go home. As I pull up my driveway I see Sam's car. I park my car and run inside.

" Sam what is it?"

Sam cries till she can not breathe anymore. I just hugged her.

" He took them."

" Who Liam?"

She cries more.

" Yes Liam.... He left and took the kids."

I take a deep breath and walk outside. I try to stay calm. Liam is an idiot. I think to myself. I walk back inside. I call Sage.

- Hey love what's up? He says as he answers the phone.

" Calm me down Sage. I want to kill."

- What happened?

" I can't find my brother, not only that Liam took Sam's kids."

- Ok I'll be right there.

" Wait, aren't you on a job?"

- I don't care if it's you amore. you're more Important.

I smile and calm down some.

" I knew you could calm me down baby."

He smiles.

- I'll be there soon, okay.

I take a deep breath and try to calm down some. About an hour later Sage pulls up at my house , and runs to me.

" Shhh it's ok I'm here. we will find Luke and the kids."

I just look at him and hug him.
