Ten years later I survived the fire and saved dinner that night. Ric has grown into a handsome young man Sage and I are proud he met a girl named Lacey. Ric says

" You're so beautiful"

Lacey blushes Lacey says

" Thank you you're handsome"

Ric says

" Always beautiful"

Lacey and Ric smiles Sage and I watch Ric and Lacey together Sage says

" He gets that from me"

I smile. I kiss Sage's cheek and he smiles . Ric and lacey studies together Sage and I walk to the living room Sage says

" Baby I wanted to spy "

I shake my head I say

" No baby they want to be alone"

Sage sighs Ric kisses lacey cheek she smiles lacey walks out after she packs her books Ric says

" I'm going to marry her one day "

Sage and I smile. Ric walks to his room Sage kisses my head Sage walks to Ric and sits on the bed. Sage says

" Is everything okay buddy?"

Ric says

" What if she doesn't like me ?

Sage says

" buddy she likes you "

I smile listening to Sage and Ric Sage kisses Ric cheek and keeps talking to him. Ric cuddles to Sage and talks to Sage Ric smiles. I walk to the room I lean on the doorway and I smile watching my boys. Sage and Ric smiles at me I walk to Ric I sit on the bed Sage hops up kisses my head then walks out of the room .Ric says

" How do you know when it's the right one mom ?"

I look at Ric. I say

" Let me ask you something? Can you see yourself without her? Because if you can't then well i know i have a daughter in law one day ."

Ric says

" mom I can't live without her but how can I feel this way when I'm only ten"

I reply

"You know it's puppy love angel it might be love as you grow you will figure out love "

I kiss Ric's cheek he smiles

I kiss his cheek. I hop up and I walk to Sage. I wrap my arms around Sage. Sage holds me Sage says

" Baby everything will be okay "

Later that night we fall asleep cuddling after we kiss Ric good night.
