Chapter 17

I'm currently six months pregnant. The baby moves a lot. Sage loves feeling and talking to my stomach. Sage and I were home when we heard a knock on the door. Sage hops up, he walks to the door and opens he sees Jake and Liam standing there Sage crosses his arms. Sage says
" Baby we have two idiots at the door"
Liam says
" we are here to see Mariah"
I walk to the door I say
" Oh god what do you both want?
Jake says
" we want a DNA test for the baby"
I say
" I never slept with you Liam so you're not the father and Jake we haven't touched each other in over a year "
Jake says
" I want a DNA test Mariah "
I roll my eyes Sage says
" This is my baby you idiots but fine we do a DNA test now leave"
Sage closes the door and locks Liam and Jake mumbles
"This isn't over "
Sage says
" Why are your idiot ex-boyfriends appearing?"
I reply
" I don't know but I have a bad feeling about them and this baby is yours "
Sage says
" I know beautiful "
Sage wraps my arms around me Jake and Liam leave Sage and I drive to the  hospital Jake asks the doctor for a DNA test for them both for the Navarro baby. The doctor tells Jake and Liam the test results will take fourteen days before Jake and Liam leave home. A few weeks went by Sage and I haven't heard anything from Jake and Liam my phone rings I answer the phone I talk on the phone I end the call I say
"Baby it's time to go find out the results
Sage and I arrived at  the hospital Jake and Liam were in the waiting room.Sage says
" Oh two idiots are here "
I say
" Baby be nice for now "
Sage sighs the doctor calls us all into the room .the doctor says
" I ran the DNA test twice Sage is the father " Jake hops up and walks out of the room .Liam says
" whatever "
Liam leaves Sage shakes his head. Jake whispers
" I still love her "
Jake walks out of the room, we thank the doctor Sage and I hop up Sage says
"Oh I didn't get to hit them "
I look at Sage. Sage smiles as we walk to the car
I say
" We still need a name for him, sage."
Sage says
" Baby we chose names remember Ric and Samantha "
I kiss Sage's cheek. Sage smiles   Sage and  I arrive  home.

Sage helps me into the house  he sits me on the sofa Sage walks to the kitchen he makes me a cup of tea Sage walks to me and hands me the cup.I drink the tea
I call Cole on my phone I say
" Hey it's time for baby shopping "
Cole says
" woohoo"
I end the call the next day Cole and I go to the baby store .Cole picks up a suit Cole says
" Does this suit me? I think it fits "
I laugh I reply
" You're a idiot "
Cole and I brought three carts full of baby clothes and accessories. We laughed Cole loads everything in to his pick up truck   Cole and I walked to the playground after Cole puts the cover on his pick up truck   Cole and I play on the playground we laugh this is what I needed. Cole always was a big kid but he Is An amazing friend .
Cole and I stayed at the playground for a few hours. Cole and I drive home I thanked Cole Cole leaves after he unpacks everything 
I smile Sage wraps his arms around me Sage says
" Are you feeling better ?
I reply
" I had an amazing time Cole is a idiot
Sage holds me close and kisses my head .Sage starts dancing with me. I smile. I love when he does this Sage and I keep dancing. He dips me kisses me then stands me up. I kiss him back and giggle.
Sage and I dance for a while Sage says
" You're so beautiful I'm so lucky to have you you changed my life you made me a better man "
I reply
" you made me a better woman and I changed the bad boy into an amazing man you make me so happy "
Sage smiles and kisses my cheek. I smile. Sage and I walk to the bedroom Sage shows me the crib all set up Sage says
" I built it baby , what do you think ?
I shed a tear. This man is so perfect he treats me Like a queen. He always puts me and our baby first . I say
" I love it baby this is perfect "
I kiss Sage's cheek I walk to the crib I run my fingers along the crib .he painted it white he added small little rabbits along the edge and he put Ric name on it I look on the other side of the room there was another crib in pink with ducks with the name Samantha I smile.
I say
" Baby I love them both so much "
Sage says
" I'm glad beautiful I had to do both maybe if this one is a boy we can make a girl "
Sage winks, I roll my eyes . I look at the cribs then I place my hand on my stomach I say
" you are going to be so spoilt and so loved "
Sage smiles. Sage walks to me, kisses my stomach then kisses my cheek and I smile. The door knocks Sage walks to the door and opens he picks up a package Sage closes the door he walks to me he places the package on our bed Sage says
"Baby it's from Sam "
Sam is like a sister to me. She is an amazing person. She is always there when I need her. She is an amazing fashion designer. I open the box and I see a beautiful leather jacket I pull the jacket out and put it on .Sage says
" mmm baby you're sexy in that it shows the bad side of you "
I wink at Sage. I love the jacket. I take the jacket off .I take my phone. I text Sam to thank her . I hang the jacket up I say
" Baby I need food "
Sage walks to the kitchen. Sage brings me  ice cream ,chocolates and pickles.
Sage sits beside me and he holds me close .
Sage says
" Baby, how many kids do you want? I was thinking five hundred  "
I look at Sage, Sage laughs loud. I reply
" I'm not having five hundred  kids Sage "
Sage says
" I was teasing baby"
I reply
"Maybe five "
Sage smiles and holds me close. I think to myself five hundred kids seriously .I would die if I pushed them all out.I roll my eyes Sage and I fall asleep.
The Next day Sage and I lay in bed looking into each other's eyes . Sage runs his fingers down my cheek Sage says
" I love you baby you're so beautiful "
I smile I say
" Thanks baby I love you too "
Sage says
"Always"
Sage and I stayed in bed all day making love and cuddling. It was a perfect day. At night  Sage was asleep. I hop up and I walk to the window. I look out the window and I think to myself please don't let anything else happen please let me be happy.
