The morning sun peeked through the windows of the Snape-Malfoy household, casting a warm glow on the busy scene inside. It was a bustling morning as Severus, Lucius, and you prepared for the day ahead with your children, Charlie, Stevie, and baby Baron.
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and sizzling bacon filled the air as you moved about the kitchen, deftly flipping pancakes while keeping an eye on the twins, who were chasing each other around the dining table. Baron sat in his highchair, watching at the chaos, his little fists banging on the tray.
Severus entered the kitchen, his hair slightly tousled from sleep. He wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, pressing a gentle kiss to your neck. "Good morning, beautiful Princess," he murmured, his voice still husky.
You leaned back into his embrace, smiling. "Good morning, Daddy. Coffee's ready."
Lucius strolled in, impeccably dressed as always, with a teasing smirk playing on his lips. "Are you coveting our Princess again, Severus?" he quipped, taking a seat at the table and pouring himself a cup of coffee.
Severus chuckled, releasing you to grab his own cup. "Just telling her how beautiful she is," he replied, sending you a wink that made your heart flutter.
You plated the pancakes and set them on the table, joining your family for breakfast. The twins eagerly grabbed at the food; their excitement contagious. "Slow down, girls," you laughed, helping them with syrup.
Lucius reached over to brush a stray lock of hair from your face. "You're radiant this morning, good enough to eat," he said softly, his eyes full of admiration.
Blushing, you glanced between your two men. "You both need to calm down. There are children present," you say playfully.
"After breakfast, I'm off to London with Draco," Lucius announced. "There's a big Quidditch match, England vs. France, and he insisted I join him."
"That sounds fun," you replied, pouring more syrup for Stevie. "I'm taking the girls shopping, and Baron too, since he cannot be without me."
Severus looked at you, a hint of disappointment in his eyes. "Leaving me huh?"
You smiled and shook your head. "Sorry, Daddy. It's my day to spend with them. But I do have an extensive list that needs to be filled from the apothecary shop. I think it could only be filled by a very handsome, broody potions master such as yourself. I need someone with a discerning eye to pick me the finest ingredients."
Severus sighed dramatically but couldn't hide the small smile tugging at his lips. "Alright, alright. I'll go fetch the ingredients. But only because you asked so nicely."
The truth was, Severus was always your go to for fetching these ingredients. You found the task rather tedious, especially being in that big breasted woman's shop. However, you trusted Severus. He was only there for ingredients for you.
Lucius chuckled as he sipped his coffee. "Not jealous of her anymore?" he asked cheekily.
You gave Lucius a playful glare. The memory of your initial reaction still stung a bit. When you had first discovered that Severus had to frequent Lilith's shop, you were upset.
Severus hadn't mentioned her, though you didn't know much about his dating history to begin with. He had reassured you, saying that none of it mattered because he was in love with you.
However, it had been hard to ignore the fact that Lilith was someone he had to see regularly for ingredients.
"I wasn't jealous. What an ugly word," you said with a mock huff, but the truth was you had been quite upset when you first found out.
