When you and Severus arrive back at the house after the picnic, the warm and cozy atmosphere inside greets you. Lucius stands in the living room, holding baby Baron—whom you affectionately call Bear.

You cannot deny how good Lucius looks holding a baby, making you secretly burn to give him one. Despite the agreement you all made about having private dates, you notice a hint of jealousy in Lucius's eyes.

His bright blue eyes follow your body up and down, stopping on your exposed neck and shoulders for the telltale signs. When he finds none, he gives a little shift of his eyebrows.

"Welcome back," Lucius says, his voice calm but with a slight edge. He shifts Bear in his arms, the baby cooing softly.

"Thank you, Daddy." you reply, giving Lucius a reassuring smile. "I appreciate you staying with the kids."

Severus steps forward, his hand resting on your lower back. "Ahem, we appreciate it. But now it's time for Bear's feeding, isn't it?"

You nod, feeling the familiar ache that signals it's time to nurse. "Yes, it is."

Lucius hands Bear to you gently, his expression softening as he watches you cradle the baby.

"I'll get everything set up for you," he says, moving towards the comfy chair you use for nursing. He arranges the pillows and places a soft blanket nearby.

Severus follows, his hand brushing against Lucius's arm as he passes. "Thank you, Lucius."

Lucius gives him a small nod, the tension easing slightly. "Of course."

You settle into the chair, positioning Bear comfortably. As you begin to nurse, Severus sits beside you, his hand resting on your knee. Lucius watches for a moment before sitting on the armrest of the chair, his hand gently stroking your hair.

"I missed you both," Lucius admits quietly, his eyes meeting yours.

"We missed you too," you reply softly. "Are the girls napping?" Lucius nods softly in reply.

Bear nurses contentedly, his little hand resting on your chest. The room is filled with a peaceful silence, the bond between the three of you palpable.

"Perhaps, Lucius and I could go out for a bit tonight after the kids go down. It doesn't have to be a full-on date but I think an hour or two of alone time would do us good," you suggest, looking up at Severus and Lucius.

Severus nods thoughtfully, his hand gently rubbing your knee. "Of course."

Lucius's eyes light up at the suggestion, the earlier hint of jealousy completely gone. "I'd love that. It's been a while since we've had some time just to ourselves."

You smile, feeling the warmth of their agreement. "It's settled then. After the kids are in bed, we'll have a little outing."

Bear finishes nursing, and you carefully burp him before handing him to Severus, who takes the baby with a tender smile. Lucius helps you up from the chair, his hand lingering on your waist.
