Aradhana's POV

"Ahh..." I hissed as he kept me on the sofa and pain shot in my ankle after keeping it on the floor, tears again made their way into my eyes as I tried to wipe them with my fingers and sniffed.

We are now at the mansion we left the hospital like 35 minutes ago and we are here, the whole car ride was silent not a single word was shared, he didn't even ask me if I am alright or am I having any pain,

Nothing

Just picked me from hospital and then drove the car then again picked me up and brought me to mansion I sigh and try to rest my back on the headset of sofa. I was still in the hospital cloths with my elbows banded and my ankle banded I try to relax a bit but soon,

"Aradhana!" I heard the gasp of Maa as she came running towards me. I gulped and licked my dried lips while she held my face in her hands. Glancing at her, I saw fear and concern in her eyes. I tried to swallow, but a sob escaped my mouth as she stroked my hair.

"How did this happen beta?" Her voice came low and worried I bite my lower lip in anticipation.

"Vineta, Vineta... bring water fast" she shouted and looked at him who stood near the sofa, still looking at me, I sobbed and saw Choti maa bringing a glass of water her face turned horrified as she came near me.

Hasty footsteps were heard; I glanced up and saw Papa and Dadu entering the living room, likely drawn by Maa's voice. Papa rushed toward me.

"Meri bachii ye kese hua, tum thik toh ho naa?" He approached me from the other side and asked, while Choti Ma handed me a glass of water. I blinked my eyes and glanced at my palms, noticing the bandages wrapped around them. She nodded her head and then helped me take a sip of water.

I am exhausted; I want to rest. My eyelids are drooping, and my body is shooting with pain.

"Koi mujhe batayega ye kese hua?" dadu yelled I flinched at his voice and glanced at him and then at rana sa he looked unfazed and stood still.
