VENUS TAPPED HER FOOT AGAINST the floor. She sat opposite her boss in his office. Knowing very well where the conversation was going to go. She knew Steven was sitting in the HR office a few doors down. Probably having a similar conversation.

"The museum will not be pressing charges," He told her, "On either one of you."

Venus breathed out a sigh of relief.

"But, I do have some bad news..." He sighed sadly, Venus instantly knew what was coming, "We are going to have to let you go. Although you have a lot of great knowledge and you are a great tour guide, but that is when you actually come in on time. The tardiness and now this...We just can't tolerate it anymore, Miss De Lunar."

"It's De Luna."

"My apologises," He nodded. He looked down awkwardly, "Erm...So, yeah. We will need your tag and name badge."

Venus sighed. She nodded as she reached up to pull her staff lanyard off her neck. Placing it on the desk. She then unclipped her name tag from the left side of her blazer. Putting it down beside the lanyard.

Her boss nodded appreciatively. He reached into a drawer of his desk. Pulling it open and grabbing a small envelope from inside it. Passing it over to her, "Your last pay check."

Venus took the enveloped from him. Folding it up and putting it in her pocket as she stood up. He followed her actions, reaching his hand out. She shook it, said a quick goodbye and left the office. She heard her phone ping, opening it to reveal a message from Steven, explaining how he wanted to wait for her outside the office she was in, but he was escorted off the property and instead was waiting for her outside at the bottom of the steps leading up to The National Art Gallery.

As she exited the building. She instantly spotted Steven down at the bottom of the steps. Right where he said he would be. Pacing with a bouquet of roses in his hand. She walked down to him and when he heard her heeled boots clanking against the stone floor he turned around to look in her direction. Rushing over to meet her half-way.

"I'm so, so, sorry," He quickly said, handing her the flowers.

"These are beautiful, Steven, but what on earth do you have to be sorry for?" She asked him, chuckling softly. She took the bouquet from his hands. Smiling as she looks at the red roses.

"Gettin' you fired," Steven told her, scratching the back of his neck as he looked down, a guilty look in his eyes.

Venus furrowed her brows. She shook her head as she placed her hands on his arms, causing him to glance up through his lashes at her, "It wasn't your fault, okay? You didn't set that monster on us. You didn't delete the footage. None of this is your fault, ya hear me?"
