The only person that came to mind was Elle, but she was declared dead after she was missing for two years. To their surprise, she was alive, but had a metal right arm.

BACKSTORY
Gabrielle was 11 when she found out she was a witch.
It was just her and her mom for as long as she could remember. Her dad left when she was young.
Her mom wanted her to "do good things in the world!" so she sent her to Hogwarts.
She became friends with Remus Lupin and Lily Evans. Later in their first year, three became six with the addition of James Potter, Sirius Black, and Peter Pettigrew. The six of them became the Marauders.
They found out Remus was a werewolf in their second year, and then spent the next three years becoming animagi.
The war was getting worse. They needed more aurors. Lily would become a medi-witch, and the rest of the Marauders would become aurors.
After they graduated, however, Elle disappeared. They spent years looking for her, but after two years, the Ministry declared her dead. The Marauders knew she wasn't dead, but the Ministry did not allow them to continue looking.
HYDRA had gotten a hold of her. They spent a year training her to become the Winter Witch, the partner of the Winter Soldier.
They managed to escape HYDRA's clutches in 2014.
