(DOOR CLOSES)

TULIP: How did it go?

GABRIELLE: No one got anything.

BUCKY: No one's talking about Donya.

"They probably don't want outsiders there at the funeral if she is a pillar everyone looks up to." Everyone nods in agreement.

SAM: Yeah, it's because Karli is the only one fighting for them.

(BUCKY SIGHS)

SAM: And she's not wrong.

BUCKY: What do you mean?

SAM: For five years, people have been welcomed into countries that have kept them out using barbwire. There were houses and jobs. Folks were happy to have people around to help them rebuild.

GABRIELLE: The entire world was coming together to help people and all of a sudden...

SAM: Boom. Just like that, it goes right back to the way it used to be. To them, at least Karli's doin' somethin'.

"That doesn't sound too bad, actually," Tony says thoughtfully. "If everyone just came together, then we could live like that and not have to erase half of the universe's population."

BUCKY: You really think her ends justify her means? Then, she's no different than him or anybody else we've fought.

SAM: She's different. She's not motivated by the same things.

"She's just trying to help people."

GABRIELLE: Zemo, the girl. What did she tell you?

ZEMO: The funeral is this afternoon.

"Fucking hell," Gabrielle groans.

BUCKY: You know the Dora's coming for you any minute. In fact, they're probably lurking outside right now.

"Wouldn't be surprised," Shuri sing-songs, and T'Challa, Bucky, and Gabrielle nod.

BUCKY: Keep talking.

ZEMO: Leaving you to turn on me once we get to Karli. Hmm. I prefer to keep my leverage.

(Gabrielle shoves Zemo against the wall. A picture on it falls and shatters on the ground)

"Kinky," Steve says monotonously. Bucky snickers and Steve's face breaks into a smile. (He ignores the Avenger's horrified looks.)

"I'm going to fucking strangle you." Gabrielle glares at Steve. His smile disappears and is replaced with genuine fear.

GABRIELLE: You want to see what someone can do with leverage?

"No, thank you!" Ron squeaks. Gabrielle is terrifying!

BUCKY: Ellie, don't let him get to you.

SAM: He's just gonna do that stupid head tilt thing.

Bucky nods.

(Gabrielle glares at Zemo in front of her for another moment before letting him go)

SAM: Let me make a call.

TULIP: (trying to ease the tension) Does anyone want tea?

"Bless her soul," Remus says fondly. The Marauders nod in agreement.
