The time had come for me to go inside. The moment had come for me to go inside. My stomach was in knots, I didn't eat much today, so I was starving. But that was nothing out of the ordinary. Heaving a sigh, I turn off my car sliding out and grabbing my laptop bag from the backseat. Tugging on my tie it loosened, letting air get to my lungs easier. Locking my car, I made my way to the door swinging it open, then a voice rang out.
"Excuse me! Can you hold the door for me please?!" her voice echoed off the wall, giving it some eerie effect. I swiveled on my heel to be dumbfounded by the woman making her way to me.
Dark brown hair, damn near jet black, and the deepest blue of eyes I have ever seen. Her skin was an olive color, and looked softer than the finest silk there could be affordable. Her curves were endless, I wanted to get lost in every crevice. She was a walking glass of water and both of my heads for thirsty for it. She was full, and carried herself well. Baby hairs framed her face, and she looked worn out. In a deep v neck and jeans, she was astounding to look at, and I'm sure she got it all the time. She was jaw dropping delicious.
Holding the door open, I dipped my chin low, waiting for her to come near me. A heavy sigh came from her mouth, and then a small smile spread across her mouth. And by god was I addicted to seeing it more often than not.
"Oh my god, thank you. I'm visiting a friend for the night and I'm unable to get to my phone in my pocket. So I wasn't sure which one was his." She blushed, squeezing my way through. My eyes caught a glance of her backside; I couldn't help it they danced down there of their own accord.
Its not htat she really needed to squeeze by me. There was plenty of room between us, and all the more for her to walk by me like that one more time...
And fucking hell, there was so much there, once handful of each cheek and I would still want to hold more. "I really appreciate it."
"Not a problem at all." I grinned politely, dipping my head. When she squeezed past me, my eyes scanned her body, one more time for memorization. I shook my head at the thought and realized that I had a woman waiting for me not even fifty feet from where we were standing.
I loved her.
I was into her.
Not this woman I just met forty-five seconds ago.
"Well thanks again--"
"Do you need help? Your wine is going to fall." Without further confirmation I plucked the wine and the pizza box from her hands. Cause for sure if I didn't the wine would have been everywhere in the hallway.
"Oh it's fine I could have gotten it."
"Nonsense it was going to fall to the ground if I didn't grab it." I replied. "But really, it was no big deal. Who's the friend you're meeting with?" My eyes caught sight of hers, and she just keeps getting better and better.
Her eyes were the darkest shade of blue I have ever witnessed looking into. It was like looking into the deepest parts of the sea, the waves crashing into one another in the middle of nowhere. I was immediately hypnotized by her eyes. Her presence. All of her, really. I didn't want to get out of her sight just yet. Her energy was radiating to me, and I felt relaxed. Not on edge, waiting for something to happen.
Before she was able to say anything else, a voice rang out down the hall, followed by footsteps. My heart hammered into my chest, I didn't want this moment to be over if it was Anna.
"There you are! I was just coming out to look for you to see if you needed help!" Jake bellowed down the hallway, making me jump. My muscles then relaxed, thanking the heavens that it wasn't Anna. Jakes went wide when he saw me, and slipped a wink before she turned to face him. "Oooh, causing trouble I see, Blake?" Jake sauntered his way over, taking the pizza and wine from me.
