After a day and a half of traveling, the Winchesters finally made it to their destination.

"Here we are, Sammy. In the warm Oklahoma summer sun." Dean said as they drove through town.

"Hey, as long as you didn't bring your jorts, we're good." Sam replied.

"W-what's wrong with my jorts??" Dean questioned. "They're jorts, Dean. That's what's wrong." His younger brother replied. Dean rolled his eyes and looked at the road in front of him.

"Hey, they got a 50s style diner!" The older brother grinned at seeing the diner on their right, Spinner's. "Nice!"

Sam playfully rolled his eyes at him and looked out the window.

"So, um, where's the motel that you got us?" Dean asked as he turned the car. "Um, should be right... over there, actually." Sam said, pointing at the motel ahead of them on their right.

The boys found a parking space, grabbed their bags and went in to check in.

"Huh, not that bad." Sam complimented as they stepped inside their room. This was definitely one of the better motel rooms they have stayed in. Two beds, a tv, coffee table, a couch, and a surprisingly really nice looking bathroom.

"Yeah. Kind of like staying in a resort." Dean commented.

"Okay, so what's the game plan?" Sam asked as he sat down on the sofa.

"Well, we suit up and head over to the farmhouse." Dean said. "If this Egon guy has any family, then I doubt they would have moved in just yet. Does he have any family?"

"Couldn't find anything," Sam began. "But wouldn't be surprised if he did. Apparently, Egon was pretty popular among the girls back in the 80s. You never know these days."

Dean chuckled and shook his head. "It's always the quiet, nerdy ones, right? First Velma, now Egon."

Sam blushed at the memory of Velma from Scooby Doo kissing him. It still weirded him out that he got kissed by a cartoon.

"Right. But um, let's say that there's someone already there at the farmhouse. What do you suggest we do?"

"I say we do FBI this time." Dean told him. "After all, there seems to be signs of something in there, yet a closed door. We're here to make sure there's no fowl play."

"Fair." Sam shrugged his shoulders.

The two got dressed into their suits, and made sure that they got everything they needed before heading outside.

"Ah, look at this, Sam." Dean began as he looked around the area of town they were in. "The perfect sleepy little town in America. Perfect for us."

"Right. Cause we love the sun striking us down during summer." Sam joked.

Dean opened his mouth to respond. However, before he could say anything, the ground began to shake.

"Earthquake!" Sam exclaimed. "Get under the roof, now!" He pulled Dean over to the small roof of the motel's walkway. "Aren't we supposed to get under a desk or something?!" The older brother questioned as he got to the ground and locked his hands behind his neck. "Yeah, but we're out in the open! This is the best chance that we got!" Sam said, also having his hands locked behind his neck.

Thankfully, after a few more seconds, the earthquake came to an end. Sam and Dean just sat there one the ground for a moment, catching their breaths.

"Okay... that just happened." Dean said, looking around and was relieved to not see any significant damage around them. "C-can we move now?"
