"Hello, my good friend!" Ash exclaimed as he entered the diner with a grin.

"Mr. Connor, nice seeing you again." Trevor replied with an admittedly, kind of shitty British accent.

"You're a dork." The shorter boy chuckled.

"Says the one who works in a library." The taller boy retorted, throwing off the apron before putting on the jacket.

"Oh, cool jacket." Ash said.

"Thanks." Trevor said. Dean has stopped by earlier to give the boy one of his leather jackets. "It'll make you look cool for Ash." Was what the hunter said to him. "It's an old friend of mine's. He's letting me borrow it today."

"Well, it looks really good on you." The shorter boy said.

"Oh... thank you." Trevor said with a smile, hoping that he wasn't blushing. He then cleared his throat and motioned to the door. "Anyways, shall we?"

"We shall." Ash nodded with a smile of his own before the two boys made their way out of the diner.

Trevor and Ash's knees constantly hit each other as the pickup truck rolled through the road to the mountain. The two would occasionally steal glances from each other as the drive went on, much to the utter dismay of the rest of the teens that were cramped in the back of the car, who were making silent bets as to who of the boy's will confess first.

The car eventually reached the top of the mountain, where an elevator to the mines below was visible.

"Here." Trevor said, offering his hand to Ash after he got off the car. Ash smiled as he took the taller boy's hand and jumped down as Trevor had to place his other hand on his waist to stabilize him as he landed.

"Thanks." Ash said with a shy smile.

"No problem." Trevor replied as they walked over to where the others were. "So, what do you guys do for fun around here?"

"I don't know." The shorter boy admitted. "Sometimes they throw shit at Kevin."

"Who's Kevin??" Trevor asked with raised eyebrows, never having heard that name before.

"Yo Kevin!" One of Trevor's co-workers shouted before he threw a water bottle to another co-worker's head.

"Welp. That explains it." Trevor muttered, not looking that impressed before looking back to Ashton. "What do you want to do?"

"We could talk there." Ash said, pointing at the wooden elevator.

"Are you sure??" Trevor asked him. He wasn't sure about having someone with a fear of heights sit on that thing.

"Like I said, I feel safer with you." Ash shrugged his shoulders.

The two boys made their way to the elevator. Trevor was the first one to step inside it. He tensed up a bit as the elevator croaked and moved a bit, but nonetheless, he was safe.

"Here," he offered his hand to the shorter boy. "Just don't look down, okay? Look at me instead." He said to calm the boy down. As gulped lightly before taking the taller boy's hand and stepped onto the elevator, grabbing his other hand in the process.

"That's it! Good job, Pretty Boy." The ravenette cheered as Ash took the seat in front of him. But he didn't dare let go of his hands just yet. Only till he was sure Ash was safe and getting the nod of assurance did he let go.

Even if, in reality, he didn't want to. Ashton's hands were small compared to his, and were made to be held by his own hands.

"So, is Pretty Boy my nickname now?" The brunette boy asked with a small smirk. "Well what can I say? It suits you." The taller boy smirked back as he shrugged his shoulders.
