After the horror show that was Family Day, the Fitzherbert siblings needed a family debriefing alongside their honorary sister. They all sat in Rhea and Talia's dorm, Talia sitting on the edge of her bed, looking down at the siblings who chose to lean against Rhea's bed as they sat on the floor.

The pair used to sit like this when their grandmother got sick again, similar to the way she was sick when she was expecting Rapunzel- however this time there was no magic flower and Rhea's magic was limited as a six year old. Sitting on the floor together symbolised comfort and their strong sibling loyalty.

"This is so fucked." Rhea broke the silence, as her brother and sister nodded to encourage her to let out all her anger, "How dare they do that."

"Who?" Talia tried to get her to elaborate, since her statement was very vague considering the plentiful events of the day.

"All of them. Not the VKs, they were the victims if anything, or Ben, but the rest of them can go and play a game of hide and go fuck themselves."

"Even King Beastie?" Talia provoked, knowing it was best for her to rant all her feelings out rather than carry her hatred of these people into her professional life.

"Especially him!" She threw her hands into the air in total frustration, "Ben's coronation is literally tomorrow- tomorrow! Now is not the damn time to be making him feel weak and inferior, when tomorrow night, Adam's gone and Ben is in control." She brought her knees to her chest and hugged them close.

"The worst part is that Ben isn't to fault for that situation, it's the horrible treatment of those kids, both from the kids here but also, and honestly the more important one, from that fucking island their entire lives- a place Adam forced them to live on- has led to this stupid shit happening!"

Rhea was frustrated, sure, but more importantly she was furious. She vowed to get every child of that pathetic excuse for a home by the time she was twenty.

"And blaming me! He knows just as well as I do that I will never have the final decision, I never have. I might have influenced Ben, but at the end of the day it was his proclamation- not mine." She stopped speaking at that point.

Silence loomed over the room as Elijah pulled his little sister closer to him, gently rubbing her shoulder to try assure her it was okay. That, unfortunately, was too much for Rhea who choked out a small sob.

The miniscule crack in the wall she tried to rebuild practically overnight, led to its collapse as the tears streamed down her face. Seeing this, Talia rushed over and embraced the girl, she and Elijah practically cradling the girl.

"I don't know if I can do this tomorrow," she softly admitted, after a minute and a half of silence, the sound barely comprehensible due to her tears.

"What do you mean, Rea, you're literally the perfect person for this role." Elijah told her as he comfortingly rubbed her shoulder.

"But what if I'm not? I helped Ben get those kids over here, but their being bullied for crying out loud! I just wanted to give all the kids on that island the ability to live away from that shithole, but I can't even help four of them properly!"

"Oh, Rea, sweetheart," Talia spoke softly with her comforting southern twang. "this is the first proclamation Ben made, and it's the first batch of kids, just because there's been a rocky path doesn't mean you aren't made for the job. Besides Ben would kill you if you left him this close to all our dreams coming true."

"Those kids also are bound to know that no matter what they have you." Elijah said.

"I love you both." Rhea said, tears no longer flowing down her pretty face."
