I never knew how complicated love is. I for certainly know now. Ever since that party, I couldn't stop thinking about him...A man I never thought I would fall for. Today's the day of the party, but it's also race week so I kind of don't want to go. I haven't watched formula 1 in a while now, which is pretty disappointing if I get a job there.

I was just getting ready for the party and decided on a short, red, satin dress that hugged my body perfectly. I was doing my make-up when Chloe entered my room. "We're leaving in ten minutes. You look gorgeous by the way."

She was wearing a black dress that was matching really well with Martin's outfit. Gosh to be as pretty as Chloe..."Okay, thank you Chloe. You look amazing as well." I said with a smile while finishing my make-up.

When I was fully ready, I went into the living room where Chloe and Martin were. "I'm ready to go." I said and went to grab my purse. The car ride was silent until Chloe suddenly spoke: "So, ready to see him?" I wasn't, no...Actually I was hoping that he would be there but at the same time I was scared.

When we arrived, my eyes were already searching for him. There was even more people than on the previous party. Gosh it will be hard to find him. I went to the dance floor, feeling confident on finding him. I was also watching Martin who was a DJ again.

I was on the dance floor for about an hour. There was no sign of him being here. I can't explain how stupid I feel about not asking for his name. I went to the bar and ordered myself some shots. For another two hours I was getting drunk at the bar, when I decided to search for him some more.

My feet were dying in these heels, but I didn't want to give up my search. I was at some point running through crowds, sweating, almost screaming, but still no luck. I couldn't find him, so I went to the bathroom to get refreshed.

I followed the bathroom signs on the walls and when I finally found it, I saw how long the line was. I sighed, but decided to wait since I was kind of alone here. After the longest twenty minutes of waiting and standing in line I got to the toilets. I tried to hurry up and continue my search, but something was telling me that he wasn't here...

When I finally got out of the bathroom, I went to search for Chloe and Martin. They were behind the DJ desk and Chloe waved at me when she saw me. I went up to them and Chloe straight up asked me "Did you find him?" I just shook my head and looked down. "Chloe I was so stupid and drunk that night...what if I will never see him again?" I said disappointed, wanting to leave.

Chloe hugged me and tried to comfort me. I wasn't really drunk and Chloe probably saw that, because she was literally dragging me to the bar. She ordered multiple shots and we drank them together. "What If I ask Martin if he knows him?" I looked up at her, slowly giving up but decided to say yes to that. I was running out of ideas on how to find him, so I didn't really have a choice.

"Okay, let me know how that goes." I said and she left. I ordered some more shots and decided to go and dance for a while. I felt eyes on me, but this time I turned around hoping to see him. No luck...again. I started to feel stupid and went back to the bar.

"Sitting all by yourself?" I turned around and saw Martin who was getting himself a drink. I hope really hope that he knows him. "Please tell me some good news..." I said to him getting hopeless. Martin sighed but stayed optimistic. "I know lots of men that can match the description you gave to Chloe. But as a DJ here I can get you a list of people, who've been on that party. That way you'll be able to figure out who he is..."

I hugged him tightly and said "Would you really?!" He just laughed at me and smiled. "Well after all you're my girlfriend's best friend, so I kind of have to..." Wait, wait, wait...did he say girlfriend?Am I drunk or did he just confess that Chloe and him are together...
