Lily

I finally made it to my hotel room after a whirlwind of interviews and the chaotic energy of the track. My mind was racing with the events of the day, but I was looking forward to unwinding. I kicked off my shoes and flopped onto the bed, grateful for a moment of peace.

Just as I was about to relax, my phone buzzed with a message from Kelly. The drivers' girlfriends were planning a night out and wanted me to join. At first, I hesitated; I was exhausted and could use a quiet evening. But the thought of letting off some steam and having a bit of fun was tempting. I texted back, saying I'd join them, and quickly got ready.

The club was a vibrant explosion of lights and music. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kelly, Alex, Kiki, Carmen, and Rebecca. They were already a little tipsy, laughter spilling out with every word. Kelly grabbed me by the arm and pulled me onto the dance floor.

"Lily! You made it!" Kelly cheered, her voice barely audible over the music.

I smiled, letting the beat take over as I danced with the group. It felt good to let loose, to move freely without the pressure of work hanging over me. Drinks flowed, and soon enough, I was enjoying the night a lot more than I'd anticipated.

We took selfies and group photos, posting them on Instagram with captions about having the time of our lives. The club's energy was infectious, and the more I drank, the more carefree I felt. The laughter was louder, the lights brighter, and the music even more exhilarating.

Around midnight, I found myself in a more relaxed corner of the club, chatting with Carmen and Rebecca. They were in high spirits, and the conversation flowed easily. Carmen suggested we do a group shot for Instagram, and I eagerly agreed. I pulled out my phone and posed with the others, my head spinning pleasantly from the drinks.

As the night wore on, my thoughts began to blur, and my sense of inhibition faded. I remembered Lando, and something in me felt the need to reach out. I grabbed my phone and, with a bit of effort, managed to unlock it. My fingers fumbled over the screen as I searched for Lando's contact.

When I finally found it, I started typing, my thoughts a jumbled mess of affection and mischief.

Lily: Heyyy Landyy! Just wanted to say hi from the club. We're all having sooo much fun!

I paused, contemplating whether to add anything else. My finger hovered over the screen before I typed another message.

Lily: Hope you're doing well. Miss youuu! 😘

As the night went on, my inebriation deepened. The drinks had definitely taken their toll, and I found myself laughing louder and dancing more wildly. The club was a whirlwind of flashing lights and pulsating music. I was lost in the moment when a guy approached and started dancing close to me. At first, I barely registered his presence, but as he began to mess around and mimic my dance moves, I laughed uncontrollably.

He was friendly enough, his playful antics adding to the night's chaos. We twirled and laughed, the dance floor becoming a blur of motion. The guy kept making silly faces and exaggerated dance moves, and I matched his energy with increasing enthusiasm. The alcohol made everything seem more vibrant, and my inhibitions were long gone.

Unbeknownst to me, Lando had seen my texts and started to worry. He knew I was out with the wag's but hadn't expected me to get so drunk. When he received my messages, his concern grew, and he decided to check on me. After a few calls went unanswered, he headed to the club, hoping to find me before things got worse.

As he entered the club, the noise and lights assaulted his senses. He scanned the room, trying to spot me among the throngs of people. When he finally saw me, his heart sank. There I was, laughing and dancing with that guy. The scene didn't sit well with him. He watched as the guy's hand rested on my waist and how I responded with a carefree smile and a spin.
