Risking it all (Lando Norris)

Chapter 9

Lando

"I have a question for you" I said and looked at Lily while she was eating her pancakes. She looked absolutely gorgeous. The dress she was wearing fitted her perfectly and her face was glowing. The amount of things I feel for this woman...

"Yes?" she replied and smiled at me. "Have you ever played golf?" I gave her a slight smirk. She stopped smiling and answered with no. "Good" I added and earned a confused look from Lily. "Why?" she asked while my smirk grew wider. 

"No reason" I replied as we continued eating. After our breakfast Lily insisted on paying but I've prepaid for it. In the car she started a small tantrum, saying how it's not fair that I'm paying for everything. I just smiled at her and gave her a peck on her lips. 

We talked most of the time while driving back to the villa. I want her to enjoy this weekend and have fun. When we arrived to the villa, I took her hand and led her inside. "Lan what's going on?" she asked when we stood in front of my wardrobe. 

"Oh I just have to get something..." I smiled and took my golf bag. I saw her smiling at me as I took her hand and led her back to the car. I put the bag in the trunk and got in the car. We drove to the London eye and saw the confused look on Lily's face.

"Wait, aren't we going to play golf?" she asked fully confused. "We are, but first I have one more thing planned for us." I replied and took her hand. Thankfully there was no paparazzis but some fans recognised me. They took pictures of me and Lily before coming to me to get autographs.

I was still holding Lily's hand and I could feel her shaking. "Are you okay?" I asked her and she replied with a nod. I signed their stuff as soon as possible before we made our way to the queue. I got us skip the line tickets so we were now waiting for our glass pod. 

Lots of people took pictures of us but we didn't focus on that. Our glass pod was getting closer to us and one of the staff opened the door for us. I offered Lily my hand to help her get into the pod. 

As she took my hand, people in the line started squealing and filming us. We quickly got into the panoramic pod and staff closed the door. I noticed that Lily was still slightly shaken up. I wrapped my hands around her from behind. 

She leaned back into me as we were standing at the end of the pod enjoying the view. People still took pictures of us but we didn't care. After 15 minutes we were almost on top of the London eye and we decided to take pictures of each other. 

I took pictures of her with her phone but then decided to take some with mine too. She looked gorgeous. The Big Ben in the back made the pictures even better. She took some pictures of me too but then started tapping something on my phone. 

"What are you doing Lils?" I asked her and she gave me a smile. "Airdropping these to me." she pointed at the pictures of me. I walked up to her and kissed her cheek. 

"Can we take some pictures together?" she asked and I saw the way her eyes light up. "Of course we can. Come here." We turned around so that the historical landmarks were behind us. I wrapped my hands around her waist and rested my head on her shoulder. 

After we took some pictures our ride was coming to an end. We got lots of notifications from instagram where fans uploaded pictures of us. We decided to ignore it and focus on our date. 

We got down from the London eye and quickly made our way back to the car. We drove to the other side of the river and got out of the car. Lily gave me lots of confused looks while I dragged her to the pier. 

"Lando is this what I think it is?" she asked all curious. I just gave her a smile and she started squealing and jumping around. "How are you so excited? It's only a small cruise." I said to her. She stopped jumping around and turned to me.
