Tears streamed down Gracey's face uncontrollably, her sobs echoing in the empty, eerie space around her. She was alone, vulnerable, and consumed by the overwhelming weight of guilt. The mistake-no, the accident-had taken a toll on her fragile heart, and now, she felt utterly crushed by the consequences. The silence of the surroundings only amplified the chaotic storm inside her mind.

Suddenly, a faint grunt from outside jolted her senses, sending a chilling shiver down her spine. Fear gripped her heart as adrenaline coursed through her veins. In a desperate attempt to protect herself, she reached for a makeshift weapon-a cold, jagged piece of metal. Its icy touch offered a small, yet hollow, sense of security as she tried to steady her trembling hands.

Without a single sound of footsteps approaching, Gracey cautiously peeked outside, her heart pounding louder than ever. The sight that greeted her made her gasp. Lying on the ground was a familiar

"Lucas--" It was Gemini. Gemini voice quivered as she called out. "Gem, it's me," Grace spoke softly, trying to comfort her. "Gracey?" Gem's voice was filled with a mix of confusion and pain.

"Oh Gemini..." Gracey knelt down, embracing Gemini tightly. "Oh my gosh anong nangyari sa'yo?" she asked, her heart breaking for her friend. Iyak ng iyak si Gemini ng maalala ang ginawang pambababoy sa kaniya ni George.

"I was r-raped--"

"What!? Sino ang gumahasa sa'yo? Sabihin mo sa'kin!?"

Hindi sumagot si Gemini.

"Is it L-Lucas? Tell me!"

Hindi niya masabi na si George ang gumawa. She knew Gracey would be upset to her, at mas papanigan pa niya si George instead of her. Because she knew how Gracey is madly inlove with George.

"Am I right? It's Lucas!"

"Gracey...i-it's--"

"That bastard! Buti nga sa kaniya!" Gracey's anger flared, her words laced with venom. "Why?" Gem questioned, seeking answers. "Tara na Gem!" "Why-- what happened to him? Where is he?" concern turned to curiosity.

"D-don't ask. He's dead. Let's go,"

Gemini's furrowed brow hinted at her confusion. 'How could he be dead when he came to help?'

"Lucas saved me--how did he die? Did the masked mad man come?" Gemini's questions revealed her desperation for the truth. "Save you? When h-he almost killed me, a-and Paula--and even Savanna!" Gracey lied.

"Lucas didn't do this to me," Gemini confessed. "And I don't believe Lucas could ever do that to you she love's para ka na niyang tunay na kapatid--" Gemini's conviction clashed with Gracey's alibi.

"Ano bang alam mo? Wala ka do'n nung mangyari iyon! At dahil sa'yo kaya kami napadpad dito! Everyone is nagkanda baliw kakahanap sayo!"

Hindi agad naka sagot si Gemini dahil tama naman si Gracey, kung hindi dahil sa kaniya hindi sila mahahantong sa ganito. Pero kailangan niyang sabihin ang totoo. Hindi naman talaga si Lucas ang humalay sa kaniya.
