a few days had gone by since that night. almost right after yunho pulled mingi up, the group had come rushing towards them. yunho had left his location on so yeosang was able to track him down.

they had thankfully only went home with smaller injuries compared to what could've happened.

yunho banged up his knee pretty badly and sprained his ankle, he wasnt really upset with it though. basketball was pretty much over anyways, plus he didnt feel like playing anymore.

mingi had a broken arm and a few scratches as well.

yunho ran his hand through his hair as he sat in his car. he had fucked up, big time. mingi wasnt talking to him, and it didnt help that giselle had spread petty rumors and lies around the school.

she was victimizing herself saying that all she did was love yunho and he still cheated on her. it was true, to an extent though.

giselle did a lot of things, though maybe yunho deserved this. it was his karma for everything he had done.

at that moment there was a knock at the window, yunho looked over and scoffed at the sight.

"yunho-ah, cmon lets talk. you've been avoiding me." giselle said.

"thats because i dont want to talk to you, giselle." yunho said.

"lets just talk things out." she persisted.

knowing giselle, shed never stop asking so yunho sighed and stepped out of the car. he crossed his arms then leaned back on the hood.

"why not in the car?"

"you're pushing it." yunho said curtly.

giselle sighed, "look, what are you even mad about? i didnt do anything."

yunho scoffed.

"giselle you faked a tweet from mingi knowing that things weren't good with us just to stir the pot. then you made me drop him. what do you mean 'i didnt do anything' ?"

"you didnt have to, it was your choice. seriously yunho-ah, dont blame this on me. its not my fault hes depressed and wants to kill himself. i dont understand why you're acting like this."

yunho clenched his jaw.

"so lets just get back together, i'll clear things up and we can go back to normal." giselle looked at yunho.

yunho shook his head, "giselle there is no back to normal. shit happens and honestly, i dont even want to be with you anymore. seeing the person you've become is, its weird."

"all you care about is what other people think. you dont stop for one second and take someone else's feelings into consideration. what gives you the right to say all this shit about mingi without even knowing what he was going through? im not gonna keep playing this game with you, this popularity contest. i know what i did was wrong as well, so im not saying its just you." yunho sighed.

giselle scoffed.

"seriously yunho? you're really a dick you know? you cheat on me then pin all this shit on me? yunho- lets just try again, cmon." she whined, but yunho shook his head.

"it'll never work giselle. people grow apart. i dont love you like i did anymore. i know this sounds bad but honestly, i dont think ive ever truly loved you. i know because the love i feel for someone else is stronger than anything ive ever felt. spread any rumor or lie that you want about me, i dont care, just leave mingi out of your bullshit." yunho said.

"your an asshole." giselle slapped him and stormed off, his social status going along with her.

yunho sighed and stared at the ground when his phone buzzed.

he knew that he shouldn't be driving because of his ankle, but that didnt stop him from turning the car on and pulling out of the student parking lot.
