"What you are you doing right now?" Maya shouted down the phone. "If you're not doing anything, come over and help. I'm running the LGBTQ+ Rights booth at the campus today, and everyone else has bailed."

Looking at her watch, Lena figured she'd be able to spare some time to go and help out.

"Okay. Give me about 40 minutes to get there."

Maya squealed with delight, garning strange looks from passing students. "Make sure you wear something that shows your assets!" she said before hanging up.

About 50 minutes later, Lena arrived at the booth to see Maya writing her phone number on the arm of a pretty brunette.

"Call me," she said, raising her hand to her ear, mimicing a phone.

She looked Lena up and down and gave an approving nod. "Glad to see you listened."

Walking towards the event booths.

"...and then I just shouted I have a boyfriend at her...I could have just died right then and there," Ava told Elana.

Holding on to her stomach, Elana was almost bent over double, tears coming out from the laughter. Ava smacked her arm, "Don't laugh at me! I've never been more embarrassed."

Elana finally started getting her breath back, "Don't worry about it. You won't really see her again. Maybe just at the swim meet's? But you could just avoid her."

Elana wrapped her arm around Ava shoulder and leaned into her ear, "So, why were you staring at her so much though?

Ava pushed her off, "Don't be stupid!" Denying it probably a little more than was needed.

"Hey! Swimming Goddess!"

Ava looked around till she saw the LGBTQ+ Rights booth, where Maya was waving madly at her. And who should be sitting right next to her?

"Oh, God. Let's go. Now!" Ava urged Elana. Elana smiled mischievously,  and grabbed Ava's arm before she could run.

"This looks interesting."

As she was dragged over, Ava tried her best to hide behing Elana, but was failing, badly.

"Swimming Goddess! Hello, again." Maya said. "So, Lena was telling me you have a boyfriend?"

Oh God! Lena must have told her everything!

Ava's face turned bright red, while Lena smacked Maya on the arm. "Leave the girl alone. Hello again. Ava, right?"

"Ah, yeah. Right. Lena. Hi?" she said, still not looking her in the eye. Lena saw the books in her arms, "Sports Medicine?" Ava looked down, "Um, yeah.." Not knowing what else to say. "Oooh, Sports Medicine? Does that include massage?" Maya asked.

"Yes."

"Great! I need massaging here, here and here," Maya said while pointing to her breast, ass and groin. A big smile on her face.

"Maya! Don't be so shameless! Ignore her, Ava. She's only teasing, but she means no harm," Lena comforted her.

"That's okay," Ava said. "Well.... I have to get to class. Nice seeing you again. Bye."

Ava turned quickly and walked as fast as she could without actually running. "Bye," Elana said, then chasing after her.

"Bye, Ava," Lena said and waved.

Ava turned, momentarily stunned by Lena's blue eyes, she raised her hand stupidly and waved.

Elana finally caught up to her, "So that's Lena, huh? I can see why you had to stare in the shower... even I'm tempted by her." Elana quickly giggled while Ava was going red again.

Arrgghh!!!

"What's up with the Swimming Goddess?" Maya asked. "She seems a little off."

Lena laughed, "She saw me in the showers the other day and got caught having a peek. I think she's just super embarrassed now."

Maya looked in the direction where Ava had left, "Really?" The devilish grin widening on her face.

"Wait. If she saw you naked... Then you could see her as well. Right? RIGHT?" Maya getting more excited the longer she spoke. "What's she like? Is it as good as I imagined?" Turning to Lena with a sly look, "Did you rub one out when you got home? Take the Rabbit for a run?" Maya nudged her with an elbow.

"Mmmm... WHAT? NO!?" said Lena with a tinge of red appearing on the top of her ears.

The image of a showering and wet Ava came back to Lena's mind... Maybe I do need to take the Rabbit for a run. Her the cheeks gradually warmed.

Maya just looked at her friend's red face knowingly.

Lena looked to the distance. Too damned cute...

Outside Sports Medicine Facility

"Hey, Ava! Wait up for me," said Elana, who'd finally caught up to Ava that was now slowing down to a usual walking pace. " What is up with you?"

"Nothing. Just running late for class." replied Ava, the frustration visible on her face. "Class is still 20 minutes away," Elana stated, studying Ava's face. "O.M.G! You like her. You like that Lena girl! How very collegial of you, Ava Isabella Morgan."

"What? No! What!? I do NOT like her. I don't even know her!" an exasperated Ava denied.

"Okay, okay. You don't like her." Elana changing the subject, "That Maya girl seems pretty fun? Seems to have a sense of humour?"

"I wouldn't know, " said Ava. "How would I know? I'm not gay." Elana gave her a sideways glance with a look that implied. Where did that come from?

"I'm going to class. Talk later." Not waiting for a reply, Ava hurried off to the classroom. Elana shook her head and proceeded in the direction of the LGBTQ+ Rights booth.

LGBTQ+ Rights Booth

"Can you hand me the rest of those flyers?" Maya said as they started to pack up. "Hello?" she heard from behind. She turned to see Elana with an outstretched hand. "Hi. I'm Ava's friend, Elana?" Taking her hand, "Maya. This is Lena. How can we help?"

"Could I get a flyer?" Elana said as she nodded to the box they were packing. "Sure, here you go."

Flipping the flyer over back and forth, "Sooo.... ummm.. what's it like being gay? Is it fun?" said Elana. Her face then immediately turned red, mortified at what she'd just asked. "I'm so sorry! That was so rude of me.."

Maya laughed out loud, "Sure. It's plenty fun. Want me to help you find out?" Elana's face froze.

"Stop teasing her, Maya. You scaring the poor girl," said Lena with a grin. She then looked at Elana and said, "We're going to grab coffee after we finish up here. Do you want to come along?"

"Oh, um. Really? Would that be ok?" Elana asked.

"Of course," said Maya loudly, stepping forward and putting her arm around Elana's shoulder. "The more the merrier."

The girls finished packing up and left the campus.

Walking down the street, Maya slipped her arm through Elana's, "So, Elana? You like to swim, right? You must train a lot and be pretty fit?"

The devilish grin once again appeared on Maya's face. Lena could only roll her eyes.
