The days had passed and it was now October. Y/N was lying asleep in bed. It was the first moment of peace after another restless night had befallen him. However, it would seem that even in dreams, he could not escape from reality...

'You're not a hero. You're just a walking corpse'

'Y-You're alive?!'

'I'm not your father... Not by blood...'

'I know what my quirk is... It's Restore!'

'Why can't...I bring back Mirio's quirk...?'

A familiar alarm sounded on Y/N's phone. His eyes tiredly opened and he begrudgingly turned to face the screen. Through his milky eyes he recognized it as his usual workout alarm. Y/N's hand emerged from the blanket, ceasing the incessant noise of the phone. This had been the case for days now. Pumping iron had taken a backseat to the quiet isolation of trying to sleep. But that wasn't all. Y/N's quirk usage as a whole had been severely reduced, and purely by choice. The truth about his power had proven a tough pill for the young hero to swallow.

Eventually, it was time to get ready for class. With the massive media attention the Hassaikai Raid had wound up gaining, the involved hero students were given a break from their work studies. Needless to say, they were happy to have the moment of calm. As Class 1A was getting ready, many had made their way into the dormitory kitchen.

"Mind if I get some of that?" Y/N asked. Izuku turned around from what he was doing, wearing a green apron.

"Oh, Y/N. You're actually eating breakfast again?" he said, surprised. Y/N approached the counter and sat on a stool, anxiously rubbing the police ankle bracelet on his leg.

"Maybe I just like your cooking that much." Y/N replied, sarcastically. Izuku took a mental note of the sleep deprivation in his friend's eyes.

"Lucky for you I made too much, again." he said, kindly. He sat a bowl down in front of Y/N.

"Something smells good out here." Kirishima said, appearing. He sniffed wildly at the air, resembling an enthusiastic dog.

"Sorry, man, you're out of luck. I'm not in a sharing mood this morning." Y/N said, eating.

"Didn't see you in the weight room this morning. Did you run out of creatine or something?" Kirishima asked.

"I will neither confirm, nor deny any use of creatine. I'll leave it open to interpretation." Y/N replied. Before long, many others had flooded into the kitchen and common area for breakfast. Y/N, Izuku and others ate together before making their way to class. The two best friends soon ran into Aizawa in the hallway.

"Morning, Teach. Any word about Eri?" Y/N asked.

"Is she doing any better yet? Or still the same old thing?" Izuku added.

"Actually, there's been a pretty big development. Although, nobody's allowed to see her, still, Eri has woken up." Aizawa replied.

"That's great!" Izuku smiled big.

"That's not all. Since Eri's fever went down, the horn on her head has apparently shrunk back down. Hearing that made me comfortable enough to swing by UA and check on my troublemaking students." Aizawa explained.

"If I recall correctly, her horn grew because she was using her quirk. So, I can't help but wonder what it means now that it's shrunk?" Y/N confessed.

"If you ask me, it's a sign that she's on the mend. How's Lemillion?" Izuku said, positively. Aizawa looked between his two students, considering the full circumstances before speaking.
