Blake stood in the middle of a foggy racetrack, the dense mist obscuring everything around her. The air was thick with an oppressive silence that made her skin crawl. She called out, "Lando?" but her voice seemed to be swallowed by the fog, echoing faintly back to her.
She started to walk, her footsteps echoing eerily in the emptiness. Shadows moved at the edges of her vision, and she felt a creeping sense of dread. Suddenly, she heard the roar of an engine, deafening in the stillness. She turned, but the fog was too thick to see anything clearly.
"Lando!" she cried again, her voice tinged with panic. The sound of screeching tires filled the air, followed by a bone-chilling silence. She started to run, her heart pounding in her chest, but the fog seemed to grow thicker, each step feeling like she was moving through molasses.
Suddenly, the fog parted, and she saw Lando standing on the track, his back to her. Relief washed over her, and she shouted, "Lando! Over here!" But he didn't move. She ran towards him, but the distance between them seemed to stretch endlessly.
As she got closer, she realized with horror that the track beneath him was starting to crumble. "Lando, watch out!" she screamed, but he remained motionless, unaware of the danger. The ground began to fall away, creating a dark abyss that separated them.
Blake reached out desperately, her fingertips barely grazing his as he finally turned to face her. His eyes were filled with fear and confusion. "Blake, help!" he called, his voice echoing in the void.
She tried to bridge the gap, but it was too wide. "No! Lando!" she screamed, tears streaming down her face. Just as she was about to reach him, the ground beneath him gave way, and he plummeted into the darkness.
"NO!" Blake's scream echoed through the empty race track.
Blake stirred relentlessly in her sleep as the dream played out, jolting awake as she screamed in the dream. The dark room engulfed her, heightening her emotions. The only light that shone, from the full moon that glistened through the window.
