That was how it was a few weeks ago, Aelori has now stayed with the Rosier since then. She even got her own room and Mr. and Mrs. Rosier were very kind to the girl.

Aelori did notice the glum look on Evan's face. Every time she asked him about it, he would tell her he was fine.

She now was walking trough the halls on her socks, she had books clutched to her chest and she decided to read near the fireplace.

"Hello miss Broze." Aelori turned around and looked down at the house elf, Poppy.

"Hey Poppy." Aelori squatted down so she was almost at the same level as the elf.

"The Rosier family went away for important business with their son. Mistress told me to make you dinner, what would you like?"

"They are away?" Aelori questioned the elf. "Where to?"

"I cannot say miss."

Aelori nodded at her given answer but didn't pressure the elf on it. It wasn't really her business where they went to.

"Okay, I really like lasagna."

Aelori quickly walked towards the fireplace and went to sit on the small couch. She had been reading for hours and it was now getting dark outside. Her stomach rumbled and she hoped that Poppy had already made sure dinner was ready in no time.

Aelori closed her book and with small taps she made her way through the manor towards the kitchen. She went to open the kitchen door when she heard a door close.

She grabbed her wand and slowly made her way towards the front door.

"Evan!" A booming voice echoed through the manor.

Aelori pulled her wand away and sprinted towards the person. She walked through the double doors to see no other than Regulus falling over to the ground.

"Black?" She questioned him, but she got no response. Her eyes winded and with a few more steps she squatted next to the boy who now laid face down onto the ground.

With a twist of her hand she magically made the boy move onto his back. She quickly moved his curls away from his face. His head was heating up and his forehead was slightly wet with sweat.

Aelori looked at the boy, his eyes closed and dark circles below them.

"What happened to you." She mumbled out.

Aelori called for Poppy to make sure that Regulus was going to his room. With a quick scan up and down he looked physically fine.

Now Aelori sat next to him, holding a cold wet towel against his forehead. When she saw his eyes flutter open, did she notice how dull they were.

"Are you okay?" She questioned the boy who was staring at her as if she was a stranger.

"Where is Evan?" He asked again, finding his strength back a little which made him more confused.

"He is gone with his parents since this morning, I have no idea what happened." Aelori answered him, kindly.

"Why are you here?" Before Aelori could even answer him, he spoke again. "You shouldn't be here."

"Why can't I be here?" Aelori asked the boy confused.

Before Regulus could even say anything, Poppy walked into the room with a goblet of water. Aelori quickly gave it to Regulus.

He gulped it down quickly, his mind still on her question. But he didn't want to say it, he couldn't do it. He was a coward, just like his brother had told him all those years ago.

"I am fine." Regulus told the girl, his voice thin. "I think I got a little bit stressed out and I needed to talk to Evan about somethings."

Aelori hummed at the boy.

It was honestly very weird to have a normal conversation with Regulus. They had been at each other's throats since Aelori stepped into Hogwarts. But the minute they left, it was better between them.

Both didn't know why that was.

Maybe it was faith trying to put them in their place or it was the ego of them both. For not knowing something.

Aelori saw the door to his room open and Kaida walked in, her tail going from left and right. She hopped onto the bed and went to lie down onto Regulus's stomach, making the boy let out a deep chuckle.

"I will let you rest." Aelori said to the boy, releasing her grip onto his wrist. Regulus held in his breath at that exact moment.

Regulus watched her leave, but pain quickly washed over himself. He let out a groan in pain. He rolled up one of his sleeves to see the tattoo moving over his underarm.

The pain was getting worse by each second.

Regulus tried not to, really not to, but a scream ripped from his lips.

Aelori quickly walked into the room again to see the boy clutching his underarm in pain.

"How did I not feel your pain?"

Without another word she walked towards the boy, touching his wrist. Regulus felt an electric pulse going through his body by her touch.

His pain slowly started to fade away and he felt like he could finally breath.

"How did you-"

"What the fuck did you do!" Aelori screamed at the boy, pulling his other arm towards her. She looked at the moving tattoo on his arm. Regulus looked down at her words.

"Why would you get such a ghastly tattoo."

Oh if only she knew what the tattoo really stood for.

Instead of answering the girl did Regulus mind back towards this morning.
