A moment of silence is between me and my ghost as we continue our way back to Eris. As I reach the center of the catacombs again, I see Eris looking at the bodies I had caused. As I approach her gaze quickly is directed at me as I approach, her demeanor unchanged. It feels like time has stopped, like everything is hanging on my next actions. I start walking slowly Eris speaks up, her voice tinged with suspicion and intrigue. Her gaze pierces into you, studying every move you make.

"The manner in which you dispatched these Hive was... different. It was torturous. Darkness fueled your actions. I've never seen this level of violence from you before." You hesitate to step closer to her, feeling the weight of her scrutiny. You speak up, trying to explain yourself and downplay the situation. "I'm not entirely sure how I did it either. But I didn't attack you, just the Hive." Eris continues to study you, her expression hardening slightly as she listens to your words. She doesn't seem fully convinced by your explanation.

She takes a couple of steps forward, closing the distance between you, her eyes narrowed in a mixture of concern and doubt. "I understand that. But your actions were unlike anything I've seen from you before. You tortured the Hive, Y/N. You used a power filled with darkness." As I place my hands on my hips and "I'm using the darkness for good. Isn't that what you wanted?" Eris looks at you for a moment, her expression unchanged. She responds with a cool, measured tone.

"Using the darkness to fight our enemies is one thing. But the extent of your violence and the way you unleashed that power was....chilling. It felt like I was watching a completely different you." I groan as she wont let this go. "So what now? Can we fight Zythra now?" I say as I change the subject, my gaze away from Eris. Eris sighs softly, sensing your desire to change the subject. She understands your eagerness to move onto the next task, to fight Zythra. But she remains serious, her suspicion not completely gone. "Fine. We'll head out to Destroy the Wells. But this conversation isn't over. We need to discuss what happened here. Once Vythra is taken care of, we're talking about it."

As I quickly grab Eris' hand and move forward together through the catacombs, I continue deeper into the dark, eerie space. I spot a well ahead, its dark waters swirling and glowing with dark power. Protecting the well are several powerful undead Hive, their eyes glowing with hunger. And standing amongst them is an Undead Guardian, its form decayed and twisted with darkness and corruption. As I glance back at Eris, noticing the distance she's created even while holding my hand, a pang of sadness and disappointment washes over me. My heart feels heavy, hurt by her subtle gesture. I look away, trying to hide my emotions. Slowly, I begin making my way towards the guarded well, the undead horde and the corrupted Guardian standing between me and my destination.

I make my way towards the guarded well, anger and darkness build within me. My footsteps turn into stomps, the sound echoing through the catacombs. The undead guardian notices my approach and lets out a guttural screech, charging at me like a mindless zombie. The guardian rushes towards me, I quickly react, tackling it to the ground. The impact sends a shockwave through the room, drawing the attention of the nearby undead Hive.

I wrestle with the undead guardian, Eris steps in and begins shooting at the nearby charging Hive, drawing their attention away from you. The sound of gunfire echoes around you as she takes aim. Bullets fly through the air, striking the incoming Hive and causing them to stagger and fall. I start to choke the undead Guardian, knowing they can't feel it. I do it until the Guardian's head has come apart, it was easy due to it being undead.

As I finish off the undead guardian i begin to see its soul become another red flying dead ghost guardian. I look up in disappointment as it's still a trapped soul on the moon. I see a powerful undead Hive Knight charging towards me, its eyes filled with hunger and malice. At the same time, Eris continues to fire at the other nearby undead Hive, keeping them at bay. The knight swings and I catch the sword in my hand. I begin to look at the knight, "hey I remember you..you were at Crota's throne room. Now look at you, you downgraded man." I begin to taunt the Undead hive Knight.
