"I took on Xal'thun to see and test his power, I know he's not a normal Taken Hive god. He's more than that, we must be careful. His power is endless yet he waits." Queen Mara says once more and it has me thinking. My ghost speaks up, "Maybe he's waiting the perfect time to strike? I know exactly what my guardian is thinking, ignore Y/N. She believes that if there is no end to this, she will give herself up to Xal'thun herself if needed." My ghost squints at me and I just roll my eyes. He really outs me whenever my ideas are strictly for myself. it's clear he understands what you're thinking, even if you're trying to act nonchalant. Your ghost gazes at you with a hint of concern, knowing that you would be willing to sacrifice yourself to Xalt'hûn if necessary.

You glance over at Eris, spotting the look of worry and anger. She speaks up firmly, her tone leaving no room for discussion. "There will be no sacrifices. We must find another way." Ikora picks up on your silent plea for backup. She chimes in with a thoughtful tone. "There is always another plan, another solution. We just have to find it. We can't jump to extremes like sacrificing ourselves just yet."

"Right we have too much to focus on, and it can be clear there will be other opportunities and plans. So what would you like for us to do then?" My ghost says as his shell moves, he looks at everyone staring back at me and him, Eris, Ikora, and Queen Mara. Seeing all of them together scares me. Queen Mara, Ikora, and Eris all stare back at you and your ghost, their expressions serious and focused. The weight of their collective presence is quite intimidating.

Queen Mara responds first, her tone commanding as always. "You're right, there are always more opportunities and plans. For now, we need to reconvene and strategize. We need to understand the extent of Xal'thun's power, the status of the ascendant realms, and the capabilities of the Hive. The more we know, the better equipped we'll be to make a plan." I begin to notice their patterns in the way that they talk, or that they think. I normally wasn't expecting this but such a focus on Xal'thun isn't the best idea for right now. Yes weaken him and make him less stronger to give us more time, but I plan on killing. Not weakening.

"But shouldn't we be more focused on the daughters? Since they are a source of the power of Xal'thun. They control this moon, we should take them down first. But it seems this road is endless to get to them. To weaken them." I say as I stare at all three women but I find my gaze on Eris most of those my words. "You are correct. Vellara and Nythra, the daughters, hold the key to weakening Xal'thun. Their dominion over this moon is vast, and their power, formidable. Their downfall could tip the scales in our favor. Yet, you are also right—the path to them appears interminable. How do we draw near enough to diminish their strength?"

"We don't Eris, I can sense there's many tasks we have to do to get what we want. To make them weaker, we have a lot nightmares to kill." I haven't encountered one but I see it like flashes. The darkness is powerful and it shows me things that is predicated by it. Ikora looks at you with a puzzled expression, her voice filled with curiosity. "How do you know about the nightmares? You haven't been on any fireteams fighting them yet."

Queen Mara and Eris both join in the confusion, their eyes fixed on you. You can sense their curiosity and interest in your knowledge. "Didn't you notice that we came a bit late? While Xal'thun was at the ascendant realm with us, Y/N used the darkness and it showed us an unexpected manifestation that we will encounter." My ghost says as he's best at saying things about the darkness to everyone else then I do. My ghost's words seem to catch everyone's attention, especially when he mentions your ability to use the darkness to see things. Queen Mara and Ikora exchange a look, their expressions a mix of surprise and curiosity. Eris, however, looks at you with a mixture of concern and fascination.

Queen Mara speaks up first, her voice taking on a serious tone. "You've been able to use the darkness to see things? Can you elaborate more on what you saw? Specifically, about these nightmares that you mentioned.." I can feel myself trying my hardest to bite the darkness within me. "I don't see clear things yet, but during that moment of when it was just me and Xal'thun. I fell more into the darkness to help me use it for good, and I guess the connection I have with it is so strong. I saw something, sometimes it's not even a vision. I just gain the knowledge unknowingly." I said as I cross my arms and think about the darkness.
